Regarding C-cex they are still in limited service mode probably. What version of the wallet have they installed? I can not see the version on their site.

When I check here:

I see that the wallet was not synced since 20 days.

Thats not a good sign.  Lets pray that someone can tell us their bitcoin wallet is OK.  I know its an expensive test:  $17 to move .0001 btc is too expensive to test it.

I sent there smthing in BTC two days before and everything was ok. Now I have BTC in ccex BTC wallet and no problem as well.

you can do both, but sending btc between exchanges is too expensive, so better is doing like BBP->BTC->DOGE/LTC->other exchange->BTC->USD
if you do it at right time (if doge/ltc is going up) you can also gain something

Thanks.  I enabled the Requirement of running watchman on the wall.
Technically, within 24 hours, all the masternodes in WATCHDOG_EXPIRED state should fail to be paid (as the sancs vote for each other).

It is clearly working. At the beginning, payment frecuency rised to each 24h (from 36h), and now it's on 26h as MN users slowly fix them.

Why is the number of updates not consistent? What is the minimum number of updates per day to receive PODC payments?
