I think I like this idea, if this will go to court, only Jamal can represent us because he got all the documents or evidence to prove. I hope this will progress, and I believe if there will be a concrete solution, the bounty hunters will support it for the benefit of all.
He needs funding, something only 2 people have committed to helping with. Only 2 people would be helping among the thousand of bounty hunters ? When it comes to bounty reward everyone willing to get it but when it comes to invest some amount for court to recover the amount, we have only 2 Serious person ? If every bounty participants willing to spending a minimal amount, we can reach out to court very easily, but sadly no one is serious. There is no guarantee that Jamal has a signed agreement with the team about receiving tokens, so the case in court will not be successful! Many also cannot participate due to certain financial risks! I I think that this process will never begin - everything will remain on the conscience of the Tokenpay team!

I guess so because only few are active here, only few are talking about the bounty and some have already move on I believe. What if we come up with an idea that there is no money involve, is it possible?

Fine. As soon as active participation was proposed, the branch immediately lost its activity. Unfortunately, I think that there is a low probability to bring the team of the TOKENPAY to justice or to get a reward.
The bounty manager just does not bother any more. He should have replied to the previous post. Maybe he got tired, but even if the situation is like that, we still have to fight for this. To correct this mess, it should be the team who have to approach us and give us the appropriate amount of bounty we deserve. The bounty manager has a responsibility towards the participants. If he got tired he does not deserve to be bounty manager anywhere ever again We will be thankful if his effort will result to a positive output but as of the current date there is no progress yet. Bounty hunters cannot be blame because the issue was only between the manager and the project team but the bounty hunters were heavily affected. it is really not worth blaming these people for obscure problems. it is worth looking for the reason for all this. and I do not think that this cause has been found so far. perhaps the team is not looking there, it may be worth focusing on other statements and methods.

Let's wait for his response on this matter, I am sure if there are ways that are doable, he will help because he will get his compensations as well. This has been an overdue problem which remains unsolved, I hope who are willing to help will show up here so we can have brainstorming.

First thing first, was there any contract signed between you and TokenPay?

First thing first, was there any contract signed between you and TokenPay? Yes thank you for your kind post. @jamalaezaz - can you explain what written/signed contract you had with TokenPay? Can you screenshot it and upload it here? When you say you have no plan to move on without payment, nobody is going to pay you anything "unconditionally" so you need to explain which lawyer you spoke to and what was the fee he asked for and what exactly was he going to do to get legal action started? You should be more ACTIVE here and try to do something. You did not reply to my post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2400499.msg47395675#msg47395675Yes I have a possible solution. Look two people have said they are willing to help pay legal fees if you manage to get them to go to court. Send out emails to all your participants that were ripped off and seek investment. Look for a genuine well trusted person here that will act as escrow. If the target cannot be reached then the donations will not be sent but if enough people commit then they can all send to the escrow.
I am sure if litigation documents were served they would settle out of court because it would bring them very bad PR and they would rather pay what they owe you and continue with their project. Do not let these TokenPay scammers deceive you and the bounty participants.
The law firm asking 3 BTC in advance cannot be trusted because any reputable firm would ask for FIAT. Please search around and ask another law firm for an estimated fee if they helped. Try to arrange a deal where they take a percentage of the outstanding TPay tokens instead. And you did not reply to this one either: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2400499.msg47407325#msg47407325You also had a problem with Monaco VISA at the time of their ICO. First you posted you left and then you posted to say you were back again.
What happened there? How did you resolve it?
What is the root problem of the issue not being fixed in TokenPay?Please start getting more active by answering the questions people are putting to you and then we will try to get traction. You were the bounty manager so you should be taking the lead, not anybody else.

In order for participants to unite, you need to at least see how much they should receive as a result, as I remember, the rates were not calculated and the form is closed for viewing. Secondly, you must have proof that you have entered into any contracts or agreements with the managers of Tokenpay in order to appeal this unfulfilled agreement through lawyers!

The stakes were calculated, and each participant could see how much he earned. But the forms are closed for viewing now. I suppose that jamalaezaz does not have access in order to make it publicly available.
