Swap procedure

1) Send the coins to cryptopia before the swap (so 2-3 days earlier)
2) Cryptopia handles the swap for you, while you download the new wallet and wait until the swap is over.
3) Send the coins from cryptopia back to the new wallet

Masternode setup

We will have new guides up on how to setup a masternode manually.
I will work on the new magInstall https://github.com/temp69/magInstall script, goal is that I can streamline the process even more so not-so-keen linux users will be able to setup the VPS as easy as possible and later use it as a menu driven command-center.

I dont think it is possible, since DEV already announce the official swap will be held in Crytopia and crytopia already made an announcement for the swap

The same goes for the hashrate - this is needed for the network to be safe from outside attacks.

If you say premine then on launch we start from block 0. ALso you have 250k coins and will make 25 MASTERNODES so you will reduce profits of every investor by A LOT.

No.  The new wallet uses a different codebase and so the old wallet.dat will most likely either not be recognised, and the MAG within it will not be counted as the new MAG (different chains).

Move your MAG to Cryptopia today to make sure it is swapped!
