Could someone please let me know how to fix this issue with my wallet?  I sent some coins from one of my wallets to another of my wallets on another pc, and got an error stating "conflicted".  The coins haven't been sent to the wallet that I was sending them, nor reappear in the wallet from which I sent them.  How would I be able to recover the coins, and what steps should I take?

Thank you for your help,
mimagneto

open Help->Debug window
open Console tab
write command: repairwallet
press enter

and then your coins are back to balance.

Great!  Thank you so much hakimfx, that worked perfectly!

True. I am of the personal opinion that Magnet remains significantly undervalued because nobody really knows about it still. At this level, I am delighted to hlod, buy and accrue.

But is my personal opinion more realistic, more informed, or more of an "expert" opinion than anyone else's in this regard? No way!

So the right price for Magnet is... <fill in the blank>.

In my opinion, other than the 0 valued shitcoins, trying to guesstimate a value for any other coin in crypto is like trying to catch a fly with chopsticks while riding a raging bull (literally ; ) ). So many factors comes to play in this bull market with bitcoin price affecting that every second, what interests people is very complex and there is always someone trying to read into these factors to make a profit.

That being said, I do agree that the price of magnet is significantly undervalued for the small fact that it's floating over the 4k satoshi while we are in the very early innovators stage. We still have early adopters and much more exposure to come.

Offering shared masternode hosting for Magnet. The collateral of 10’000 coins is divided into 10 "seats" of 1000 coins each. I take 3% of the seat (30 coins) up front as a setup fee and charge 5% of the masternode profit for the service. The node earnings are split evenly among all the seats. If the node earns 1000 coin a week, each seat receives 95 coins that week (taking the 5% fee into account). For more details join me on https://discord.gg/EtEGyEn.

Why I can't send 100 MAG from my wallet? I have 10100.13 MAG and running masternode. I press "Send", type password, press "Ok" and nothing happens.

I'm guessing, but maybe with the fees, the amount comes to more than 100.13 MAG. The 1,000 MAG for your MN are locked, so perhaps that's why it's failing. If you send a smaller amount, does it work?

A note to those wanting to buy / set up MNs:
- the data on mnrank.com, masternodes.online is not correct - the ROI is not 1168.92% - 320 coins/day.
As per the discussion I had yesterday with the dev on slack, he admitted the data is not correct but (obviously) they do not plan to do anything about it, since it's good marketing (but actually a lie)

Dev said that http://magnetwork.io/checkmn/ lists is the correct reward, i.e. 189 MAG/day, but this also incorrect, because it is an average over several days and the number of masternodes increased significantly (now ~250).  So creating an average for the last week is misleading because the current reward is much smaller.

Here is my statistics for my own node. You jump to your own conclusion, here is the data:
last 9 days - 3100 with an average of 344/day, but:

-over the last 3 days, MN received 400 MAG meaning an average of 133 MAG / day (ROI = 75 days, 486%/year vs 1186% listed on mnrank)

People are buying MAG thinking they will get 1186%/year but the real ROI is much lower.

Developer! Why is a day only once 100 coins came in and the rest of the trifle 0.0000...well Written and on the website 195 coins per day , and 331 mnrank coin per day.And there really is 100 coins only! Huh Huh Huh

Magnet is PoS/PoW mining with a 1 in 2 chance occurrence of either. So masternodes receiving 50% of mining rewards also have a 1 in 2 chance of receiving either a PoS or a PoW reward.

PoW = 200 Mag so masternodes receive 100 Mag when they win PoW.

PoS = coin-day * 7% / 365 so masternodes receive X Mag depending on the staking amount.

The screen above shows that your masternode received 5 rewards. 4 of which are PoS and one is PoW. Now this is like flipping a coin, eventually you will end up with around 50% PoS and 50% PoW.

One more important thing, verify that you have disabled staking (staking=0) in your configuration file as this could potentially reset your rank and you would lose a chance at an actual PoW reward whenever your coin stake wins the block. PoS rewards are typically small as the network supply is still small too but we can easily see a day where staking rewards will outperform PoW rewards.

mnrank.com shows wrong data for Magnet. The reward is much lower (about half of what is listed there).
No wonder why the MAG price is sinking..

No, it makes no sense to buy again.. because of the "system" of 50/50 even those 200 MAGs are not sure..
I haven't received anything during the last 24h  (other than the 0.023423432 transactions which mean almost nothing)
For me this coin is the worst in terms of MN. I'm happy I sold for a profit - this is because of the BTC price rise.
I bought at ~3000 USD and sold at ~$4000 plus ~3000 MAGs made in the first days, when it was profitable.

Just go check yourself - http://magnetwork.io/checkmn/
Take a random MN and see the rewards - for example:
http://35.202.4.153:3001/address/MbzGsNuYAsibJbDfnFmhQFcYNsGMPTdih9

Check the last two days: it's 100 or 200 MAGs total.
and because the "randomness" in choosing PoW/PoS you'll have great chances to receive nothing Cheesy

Are you seriouse? Masternodes created to support blockchain not to yearn money, you support blockchain and recieve rewards for that. All MNs have high ROI in first weeks of start of a project, anyway the time will come when MN is not so interesting and bring you small reward. Its not just Magnet, look at other coins MN's cost and its rewards (which are older than 3 months). As invester if you believe in a project you lock certain ammount of coins as deposit in MN, support the blockchain and wait a pump. Or you ROI your money during first weeks and dump your MN. The choice is yours.

I don't have a problem getting 100 MAG/week but the information to be accurate, and devs don't care about that.
So to be fair the right ROI/reward should be listed. This helps the coin itself, if people think they were fooled they will dump.

last 9 days - 3100 with an average of 344/day, but:

-over the last 3 days, MN received 400 MAG meaning an average of 133 MAG / day (ROI = 75 days, 486%/year vs 1186% listed on mnrank)

People are buying MAG thinking they will get 1186%/year but the real ROI is much lower.

Make a wise decision Smiley

Grin Grin Grin yeah, Dont set up masternodes, because that man losing his MN rewards!
He spent money for the MN and you will steal his profit if you will setup MNs! Angry

lol, I had two MNs and I sold them both, one yesterday, one today Smiley
I'm just trying to issue a warning to check twice what mnrank is saying..

below the details of the transaction for the second MN Smiley
Status: 222 confirmations
Date: 12/7/2017 08:48
To: coinexchange Mxxxxxxx
Debit: -10001.00 MAG
Transaction fee: -0.05 MAG
Net amount: -10001.05 MAG
Transaction ID: xxxxxxx

Yup, and now you can buy 2 Wink

Actualy, it is a simple math, block generation is 90 sec. so you have 960 blocks in 24 hours. If you will divide them on 250 MN you will get ~3.8 block per MN. But recieving those 3.8 blocks depend from your luck. Its like mining. So it seems like mnranks are correct.

PoS = coin-day * 7% / 365 so masternodes receive X Mag depending on the staking amount.

As I told you many times on Slack, we are not controlling what MNRANK shows on their website. Stop spreading lies about us, again we are not controlling what MNRANK decides to display.

I wrote the listing script here http://magnetwork.io/checkmn and I made sure that the calculation displays correct average - it has always done so. You just did not bother to check it yourself. Now I understand you are frustrated because you got the wrong information from a 3rd party website, however there is a major difference between frustration and spreading lies for not checking our official pages.

Again, we have nothing to do with numbers displayed on MNRanks, I have no idea how they calculate their estimate and our official MN page shows an average that is not inflated (feel free to check the script!) hence the major difference between the 2 numbers.

Again here is it:

90 seconds per block = 960 blocks daily in average.
50% PoW, 50% PoS means 48000 MAG through PoW + INSIGNIFICANT_AMOUNT through PoS (my script entirely ignores this amount, how more fair can you be?).
You take this and divide by the number of masternodes and there you go, it gives you an average of earnings per masternodes.

YET, things to consider.

1) A very high standard deviation because the rewards vary from ~0 to 100 MAG. So you may see masternodes earning 400 MAG and others less than 1 MAG with yet an average of 200 MAG, we have been explicit about this - always.

2) The network conditions being constantly on the move, the arithmetic mean would not pretend to hold long enough to be practically observed.

Hope this ends the lies my friend.

No Premine

250k genesis block and 3 weeks of hidden mining. GET OUT.

Testing period was around 10 days and not 3 weeks. If You are trying to raise FUD then please at least be precise.
Masternode network without previously setup masternodes cannot work and be safe for users. Common practice is to setup masternodes before going public.

There have been couple of incidents where testnet safe network did not perform well in real environment so that was our decision to run mainnet for 10 days and see how it performs.

The fact of the matter is:

1) You lied when you said no pre-mine because of genesis block

2) You have admitted you are going to sell coins on the exchange, which is a dev dump.

3) Your excuses are shitty, you could have used a testnet.  Or you could have run the mainnet for only a day or a few hours.  Or you could have tested with mainnet then re-launched with same parameters.

Pre-mines are allowed in crypto.  Lying about them, then being defensive when called out, is not.  You will probably get some hopeful suckers to mine and buy your coin, so you will still profit.  But I hope the majority here will not support it.  You should feel ashamed.  Your excuses about security concerns are silly, as no one is attacking a coin this young, and you have over-centralized the coin for yourself, WHICH IS JUST AS DANGEROUS BECAUSE IT MEANS YOU CONTROL THE NETWORK.

Scam.

This is a very serious accusation, and a pretty reasonable one. Dev, please explain yourself and bring some valid reasons for the community to invest in your coin, because if you ask me personally, I was thinking of heavily investing in MAG, but in the light of this new information, I decided against it for the time being. I believe other users have the same way of thinking now. Is there going to be a dev dump (which will of course destroy the price of the coin)? What about the pre-mine?
