So everyone who hold in 15-16 Feb will get the bonus right?  Before buying a lot I'm asking if the plan has changed or will not.

The exact date will be announced in 2-3 days, yes nothing changed. Every holder will get it to the holder and not ICO participating wallet.

does it mean the announcement will realease in today or tomorrow? i havent found it yet, many projects dietribute the bounty very late, the team may have too many things to do now

On Twitter, they said they will distribute the bonus tokens between 15th-24th Feb. They will release more information few days before the distribution.

So the signature bounty campaign was over. right? And what is the difference between the bonus tokens and the bounty tokens? I am confused about that.

I think you can try this contract 0x78B039921E84E726EB72E7b1212bb35504c645cA (Symbol   SETH, Decimals   18). I don't know, maybe it is not right. I have found it on ethplorer.
