It seems some people can't wait to leave school and get a job etc. while others just hate working until they retire..

Same here,  I couldn't  find any idea to motivate those people, if they really love their job they won't  need anything else to motivate them.
Just salary is enough and their passion to do their job.

When you have the inspiration and motivation to work. That's when you have goals in life. Earn money to build your life better. And me too I'm trying to work to life more comfortable about money. If you are the boss always good to create conditions for its employees.

For me, there are a lot of motivating force of a person to work. One example is having a family of your own. In our office, what motivates us is our incentives and bonuses. So through rewarding system, we are motivated to finish all our tasks to reach the goal. Through that style, we feel that our hard work is valued by the company so it pushes us to exert more effort.

Salary is usually the main factor that is causing the will of the worker to expand his capabilities for the work. The second motivation technique is the encouragement which is always appreciated.
