How to motivate a person to work?

"How I motivate a person?" I motivate person by showing them JOY while doing the task. In that way it makes question in their mind "What does this person have?" And maybe he/she ask you. And then tell to him the reason why you are doing your task with joy.

A person's motivation lies on his or her needs. Just imagine when a person who is deprived with everything and can get what he or she wants by means of working. It will definitely motivate that person to work harder in order for him or her to achieve or get something that was initially deprived from him or her. That is the best way I can think of.

I think rewars system is still the best. In a work place, the most common rewards are incentives and performance bonuses. Employees will tend to work harder if something will motivate them to push harder. Giving them the consideration , lifting them up and encouraging them will boost them to achieve more. It's like handling a child, give them something that will make them happy.
