That's right. Being the pioneer coin in the market and being the best symbol of what the cryptocurrency market goes and stands for. Yes Bitcoin is the first or the pioneer. But I don’t think that is the main reason why its price is so high. I agree with one of the members’ response that the main factor is that the supply is limited (@ 21 mil only). Compared to other coins, this supply is so small! Which is why so many are trying to get hold of Bitcoin which increases its value.
