Why people says gold is better?

Actually today I watched a video on facebook which is about spending bitcoin and gold in USA,it says it is difficult to spend bitcoin but some places are accepting bitcoins accepting as payment like supermarket,restaurants and some institutions.But no one accepting gold as payment then why still people says gold is better?

Well, actually bitcoin and gold are 2 thing have very big different eachother. They have negative and positive side.
For me, there is nothing better between that two thing.

Because of gold has been used for a long time and became a standard of currency, also gold have no high volatility like bitcoin.
When people start to invest in bitcoin some people could be losing their money, but it would not happen if you choose gold as your investment.
So these thing make people say that gold better than bitcoin.

Historically gold is the first used currency, this would be the possible reason why gold is better than bitcoin. Gold is the most precious mineral, it is from natural resources and you can use it for many purposes such as jewelry, etc. While in bitcoin you must firstturn it into fiat before you will use it.

Bitcoin and gold both are not comparable both are different in it category itself. Gold is precious metal and ornament Bitcoin is cryptocurrency so don't confuse yourself. Bitcoin can be used as investment giving good multifold returns where you hold your investment in gold it wont appreciate like bitcoin returns.

Because gold has also advantages from Bitcoin such as being supported in most of the countries unlike Bitcoin that is decentralized. Also, Gold is legal which menas it can be used to different countries while bitcoin is not YET legal to most places. Gold also has a more stable market price which makes it less risky to invest.

Bitcoin and Gold have their pros and cons, maybe the reason why some people are saying gold is better is because Investing in Gold is 100% no risk and 100% profit but this must stored or keep for a long time to profit a lot. Unlike Bitcoin it is risky to invest especially if you are newbie in Bitcoin industry you'll have the doubt that maybe its fake, maybe it will go down when you invest but taking the risk investing in Bitcoin will give you a lot of profit in a short duration of time since the demand is high price now of Bitcoin is rapidly going up.

I think it's because the price of gold is really stable if you compare it with bitcoin. The bitcoin price always changed every minutes. If we talk about long term investment, gold is the answer but if we talk about tools as a payment bitcoin is the answer for that. It's depend on the person.

because nowadays bitcoin is a gold it a lot of money changer and it is a highest frequency to change a money so that gold is better for us, because they need a great money or high money so that gold is a better to us people say that by the high quality and it is a wonderful for us so that it si a better in people. and gold is accepting in other market or payment. so people says is better?

I believe it is because these people who think that gold is better than Bitcoin are the conservatives. They are the type who would settle for something within the norm, widely accepted for its value, and does not involve any illegality or irregularity issues as to its existence. But you cannot blame them for the simple reason that their belief is not at par with yours. It is just that when it comes to parting with our money for investment purposes, people have different attitude towards it. Nonetheless, you have to respect that in the same way you demand respect.

I think this kind of people that says gold is better usually use gold in their daily life...as jewelry...as money changer...cosmetic product, etc...beside that investment by gold less risk but lot profit will they get...but if they know exactly about bitcoin..they will change their mind...

People says gold is better than bitcoin because the gold is stable and less risk than bitcoin because bitcoin is so very risky  no one can predict the value of it but for me i prefer to hold bitcoin than gold because bitcoin is better than gold for me.

Gold prices are kept down and suppressed. I don't think Bitcoin can be manipulated liket gold can and nobody wants to carry around a gold bar or two or coins. Bitcoin can be head and smaller denominations than gold as well.

The risks aren't that much far from each other. And it harder to acquire gold than btc. I many of those people that said gold is better are now changing their minds. Bitcoin has surpassed gold now that's for sure

Well, all of us has the ability to search for us to be more informed with the things that are now arising. I don't think gold is better than bitcoin. Bitcoin has the capability to increase more in prize. In bitcoin, you can earn more without losing something you has comparing to golds, you may have it but once you sell it, you can't actually say that you got it and increased with it.

it's because people can hold gold. It has a physical form. Also, gold has stable price compared to bitcoin, bitcoin can really go up and down in a flash because of it's high volatility. we can't say bitcoin stay in it's position forever, it will not die but probably will be outshined by other cryptos if ever there is one.

personally, i dont think of gold better than bitcoin and vice versa, because we can use it both, they do not compete to each other. both gold and bitcoin offers different services that's why I dont think they are even comparable to each other.
