Do we Need Altcoin?

Of course we need altcoins. Alltcoins offer interesting ideas and technology that can be efficient to people and give them a huge profit. Also, competition is needed to know what coins can still make it in the future. Though, only the ones with the potential technology and development can compete with bitcoin. Many of us invest on altcoins for alternative source of profit.

Obviously altcoins are needed because that's what makes the market bigger and stronger.
If people don't see its importance, they would not have invest in ICO and as we have seen now, there are a lot of ICOs where are successful
and having a good volume right now, my favorite is ETH.

The need for a coin depends on demand.
In this world, there are many people who want a diverse coin.
Some want to have Ethereum coins, some want to have Ripple coins, some want to have Litecoin all free, and Altcoin besides Bitcoin will be a coin sought by many people.
 Although we do not want it there are millions of people who want it.

The answer to your question is yes we do need alt coins in the market as bitcoin alone cannot cover the needs of everybody in the entire world altcoins help to cover the parts which bitcoin cannot reach and besides we can't just have one type of coin, we need different types. If we only have bitcoin in the market then there would be no coins to trade in and make money from, so we do need altcoins.

In my view, Altcoin is a must. If we do not have altcoin now, bitcoin will never get that kind of popularity right now.
And many people love it because it's the most popular and they're just trying to follow one if they see how much they can make.
