your product is interesting, but the bounty campaign should be overthought again....

tooo less money for toooo much work Oo"

I agree. The reward and work ratio should be equal for people to really have the steam to do it.
Well its a competition, high rewards will attract many bounty hunters.
But if they dont really need much , then its not necessary to increase the reward.
The best projects need any bounty. If you have a very good product you don't need a bounty. I see no problem that they only have a small bounty.

Bounty's have been very successfull for other ICO's in the past.
Imo i would provide a good bounty, but on the other hand if RentBerry already raised 4.000.000 $, then i understand that they don't need it.

4million already raised? hmmm... i guess they are popular enough to not need a huge bounty Smiley

less bounty dumpers then Smiley
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Also true.. let chance of dumping the tokens when it gets listed on an exchange. So it works both ways.. It's better for the investors that there are no bounty's.

This control of rewards in a project positively influences us to invest, avoid major evictions is certainly an excellent guarantee for a cautious investor, I expect good returns from Rentberry, and that will become great taking us along.

Somehow i see in this some similar potential that uber had when it was starting, i am not yet sure what to think, but this idea is surely disrupting and could be huge.

nice idea a Decentralized Home Rental Platform project based on blockchain, actual value of tokens 0,18$ just hope it will grow/pump fast, too low rewards for bounties campaigns...
All will depend on teamwork, and their ambitiousness. I'm sure Rentberry can interest many investors, because this idea is wonderful!

I got blocked from the rentberry telegram group for writing the following. They will block me here again I suppose but I'll try it anyway:

Great report hemi picto!!! its about time somebody points out the huge risks involved in investing into startups!
nobody is talking about the fundamentals anymore.
with a coin you don't even own a share of the company.

and why should the value of the rentberry token rise im value?
landlords and tenants who buy tokens to do some deals on the plattform must be sure that the value of the coin stays the same over time. otherwise an application costs 20$ in march and 350$ in july. who would want to use such a volatile renting plattform?

and what about the revenue pf rentberry. they say they have processed 4k of applications. if we calculate 100$ per application thats 400k $ revenue in one year? that's really nothing! so that could be a reason why they have to raise the money through an ico because no real silicon valley vc wanted to give them more than 4 mil. & money which is really nothing if you want to build a serious company.

remember air bnb has raised 3 BILLION $ during the last years to get where it is today! and has another 1 billion $ as line of credit. so please compare 4 million to 3 billion $!
why would you give your money to a company which is obviously underfunded? without a serious amount of vc funding like 200 or 300 million $ rentberry will be out of business within 12 to 18 month in such a highly competitive market! they have to spend millions in advertising and discounts to reach a broader audience and to buy new customers.

Please Alex answer those two questions honestly:
1. How much is the monthly cash burn of rentberry?
2. How long would the runway of rentberry be without the gains from the ico?

This project is for a very long time and it takes many years to make a profit but the idea is good.

I don’t think the project need so much time to make benefit, Renterry can even be really profitable, home rental is a big business, just look at all major actor at the moment. And with the explosion of blockchain technologie, a project like Rentberry can skyrocket.

I still did not know the concept of applying this segment to Blockchain, but apparently it is promising and exciting. Something that will facilitate the access of each and every Person to quality products, regardless of the distance that is, besides bringing to Crypto new users to learn and develop

I really like the fact that they're speaking at so many events. A proper roadshow! This does wonders as a marketing campagne

Having worked in property management for several years, I can really appreciate all the companies trying to blockchainify this industry.

There are often problems due to bad faith among tenants and landlords, security deposits, undelivered services, malicious and disrespectful people, contracts not honored..... the blockhain will be able to intervene to restore confidence between stakeholders and thus improve the market.

That is a good sign. Being out there and exposing your project is a big part of the success of a campaign. And this also shows that they are confident with their project. Keep it going Rentberry team!
