Stability of the company is the main thing for investor. And as for me, I’m confused by the fact that Rentberry remains without contingency fund which can be useful in case of force majeure situations. I think that the company should save several million dollars after the sale is over.
Indeed, it’s difficult to call the company stable if there’s no contingency fund. Id it how Rentberry positions itself? So, Rentberry does have a contingency fund that will be used in certain situations)

Is that true? I’ve just haven’t seen this info anywhere for some reason. I’m wondering in which cases the company will use the contingency fund.
Firstly, it’ll be used in case of any force majeure situations. The founders of the company also plan to use the means from the contingency fund to redeem tokens in secondary market in order to balance the situation of fluctuations of BERRY token rate in the market.
Hello. If the company redeems the coins in the secondary market, does it mean that the biy-back will take place? How much does the company plan to spend on redeeming annually?
Hi. Nobody can tell you anything specific about it ‘cause there’s no such information yet, and, most likely, there won’t be any at all. I don’t think that Rentberry will have a certain sum to be spent on redeeming tokens annually. I suppose, they will allocate funds depending on the situation in the market.

Yes I have also argued the same as you.
I think if they will allocate the funds depends on the market situation and hopefully this project goes well.

It’s written in your White Paper that you’ll need means to carry out accounting and administrative activities. So what are you going to do: will you expand the staff hiring specialists in these areas or will you transfer some of functions to outsourcing?

Of course, you do. It’s more than 80 days until the end of the sale.

I’ve read that now you’re cooperating with two large law firms which ensure a strong legal basis for your organization. Are you planning to conclude agreements with additional law firms?

Good time of day everybody. Does anyone know with which companies Rentberry plans to handle joint branding and marketing activities in the near future?

I’m wondering if Rentberry plans to purchase the property and put it on long term lease. I believe it would allow reaching even lower prices on rental of real estate.

I just want to become a friend and improve the relationship. This project has a real potential. Already developed the platform. Awesome team.

Waiting for the final product.

I am sorry for my wrong doings.

I have allocated funds for ICO! I'm an early investor that believed in the project. Are there any bonuses for me?

Hello! Of course, there are. In this status you, like me, finance the project at the most important and difficult moment, when help is incredibly important. That’s why the bonus is 33% at the moment. Go on!

Cheers to you, too! Rentberry has already proved itself at the international level, it carries weight, there’re publications in the press. And there are some plans for expansion, as far as I know )

Got it! And what is the direction? It's interesting not even in terms of geography, that’s about the structure... So, what businesses do they plan to join?

Geography is also important, ‘cause this is one of the basic criteria of the market. But if you dash it, the main goals are: credit structures, banks, insurers, exchanges, and etc.
