How are you going to solve real estate problems with blockchain? Does it help you to secure transactions / relations between each party?
I think what they are trying to achieve with blockchain is use of smart contracts. So it would be basically removing central body that governs deal.
Ok, why can't they use public blockchain then? What their blockchain is created for?
This is due to the fact that public blockchain is unmanaged and unsupervised. Ethereum might be not the best solution cause it might generate more fees in each transcation and don't suit real estate that well.

Great results from seed funding! Was it part of token pre-sale or not?
Seed funding was made way before the ICO. However, many of our seed round investors participate in our ICO, for example, Zing Capital (http://zingcapital.com).

Real estate market is one of the biggest markets overall in US. The biggest problem is lack of opportunities for credit-affected people. I hope this service's scoring system will solve that issue. As for bsiness model - they work for fees.

Based on the research conducted by the US Census Bureau, there are 46M rental housing units in the US alone. We can at least mupliply this number by the average price for renting an appartment. As for worldwide, I've seen the numbers around 0.7B rental units in the reports conducted by MSCI and CBRE. So we are talking about trillion of dollars.

Thanks for your question. BERRY tokens will be tradable after the completion of the ICO, which is planned for Feb 28. At the moment, we are finalizing our discussions with the top exchanges to list BERRY tokens on their platforms.

We believe that finding the smartest application of the technology is key to success. Here at Rentberry, we are using blockchain to allow for crowdsourcing of rental security deposits, which will unfreeze nearly $500 billion that are now locked in security deposits around the globe.

Thanks for your question. Rentberry is designed for renting, not buying properties.
So if your goal is to secure a perfect long-term rental in the US, then yes, Rentberry can cover the entire process for you.
