Why people are unhappy?

Simple. It is because they are not contented on what they have. They want to have more even if they already have what they have. They still want to buy more and more, especially if they get insecure to other person.

Their are a lot of things to become a happy.And their have a reason why people are unhappy,one of the reason why people are not happy is they have a problem their family or their love life of course.their heart felling hurt.

You just need to change your attitude to life. To be kind to other people, treat people the way they treat you. And more to communicate, because communication is very good.

I feel unhappy when someone whom I trust lies to me or try to cheat me. It lingers on my mind for many weeks and my entire routine gets disrupted as a result. I need to stop trusting people blindly, but despite trying hard, I am finding it quite difficult to put in to practice. Because I don't want to antagonize anyone or make them angry.

Yes contentment is the key to become happy.  Many people are so unhappy even they have all the latest gadgets.  Even having fat wallets and savings account they are still unhappy.  Maybe aside from uncontentment, they do not have a good friends.  They do not have a family to be with them.  Be contented and always pray to talk to God.

People who take on the role of a victim, are never happy. This is because they don't have any control. They believe that their unhappiness has been caused by an external factor and it can only be taken away by the external factor

Fatigue or helplessness before problems that arise for various reasons and to which we can not affect. Life in general is a complicated thing, but even regardless of all the problems, we must remain people and not show the whole world what is extremely difficult for us and we are unhappy with everything.

People are unhappy because they are expecting things. If one stay without expecting much from a thing/person they don't fine any happiness. So stop expecting things go out and work for it happily...

They lack something or long for somethings in life such as money,  job,  recognition,  love,  friends,  simpathy or even people. Because life isn’t “life” anymore, it’s just redundancies that manifest themselves in the form of the normal.

Humans are animals. Intelligent animals, yes, but still very prone to animal-like behavior.

We are now “civilized”, which means we need to contribute to our economical societies in order to survive. As animals, our genes used to be passed down by those who were (generally) the most physically fit, because they could provide for themselves and for others. Now, we rely on mental fitness, because we’ve built these things called robots that do things for us.

Because of this, in most developed countries, children are educated with what the country deems necessary, and then they have a job, giving them money for food, shelter, other necessities, and entertainment.

This leads to a problem. Our work ethic. We are told to work. Since the day we are born, we are told to work until we are old, so that we can relax in “retirement”.

Most people spend their entire lives working, just saving up for that “one day”, only to die an early death, with their lives wasted and their money useless.

Some people cannot find time for their family, friends, hobbies, or passions because they are working.
