happiness is a choice, somehow lack of contentment in life. we are not contented in small things we have and sometimes we are expecting more than we have. but if you are contented and know how to appreciate small or big things maybe you fulfill and feel the happiness.

People are unhappy because they are not contented on all the things that they have . And maybe because they feel unloved and useless even if they have many possessions in life. Mostly, people who are unhappy are those who did not make God as the center of their lives. Money is the only thing that matters to them.

Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life?  Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long?  Physically,  they showed to the whole world that they are strong,  they enjoy their lives to the fullest.  But at end of the day,  loneliness attacks.  Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?

I think the main reason why the people unhappy is when our expectation doesn't match reality. When you have the huge gap between what you expected and how thing really works most people just become unhappy.

I think people are unhappy because they have not discovered who they are and what they want. To be happy, you should be able to know yourself and know what you want.  When you don't know yourself, you turn to do other things other people do to be happy but it will never make you happy. Self discovery is key.

i really believe in one principle about happiness.  i think for one to be happy you have to create happiness or in other words, make other people happy.

A life full of discontent is an unhappy one. Unhappy people fail to appreciate what they have around them and more often than not, these people are most likely to be materialistic. They genuinely think that money and material things can give them happiness. Well, it sure can but if you are not content with what you have, you will never be satisfied and ultimately happy. For me, happiness can only be achieved if you learn to love yourself, life and to be content with what you have around you. If you have done all of that, there will never be a sad day for the rest of your life.

People are unhappy for many reasons. For example because they didn't buy or mine bitcoins already in 2010. Or also because if they bought them or mined them, then they have sold them for 1 dollar or less..

For me people get unhappy because they think of to much something. Plus its because of there problems like work and family .

Well maybe those people that doesn't have a contentment in life are not going to be happy at all. Even if they have many possessions in their life they are still looking for more expecting for more dreaming for something that they don't have. Its all about contentment of why some people are not happy. But its natural to us human being thats why our religion teach us how to apply contentment in life.

People are unhappy simply because not everything they want in life happens accordingly as planned.  Life is unpredictable and there are things and people we want our life that can not be given to us.
