It's much easier to be unhappy than otherwise

Because they can't get what they want, they can't be what they can't be. It's all a miserable world, but you need to move on to your success and it's just a challenge to make you a real person and a better person!

because they are not  satisfied with what they have. some of human beings  just want all the materials things in life  and some are contented on what they have and it makes them feel complete, happy  and satisfied its just a matter of choice

Living a happy life is definitely one of the things most wanted by humans. Unfortunately, not a few people often feel that happy is difficult. But if not happy all the time obviously a worrisome condition.You will find things that people do not happy to have in common, and what not to do when you are looking for peace, love, balance and joy.
Likes to judge, judge bad, look for other people's mistakes, criticize and complain
about everything, have low self-esteem, hold a grudge and always assume that in such a bad thing is people who are unhappy with life.

So many of us approach happiness as a goal: "We have to get happy to be happy." But happiness is not "out there" somewhere; it's already inside all of us. It's our job to remove the barriers, limiting beliefs, fears and insecurities keeping us from accessing the lasting joy. But this removal process can be fun. It can be play. The more we access our own source of happiness, the happier we'll be.

They are not happy because they are not contented with the life they have or life that have been given to them. Try to surround yourself with positive people or someone who could push you to go all along.

Multiple reasons.  Some are unhappy because of chemical imbalances.  Others because bad things happen.  STudies show that interpersonal happyness is really hard to compare, we all regress to an equilibrium of sorts.

Because we have this thinking of always trying to fit in the society. We want to please other people without realizing we have nothing left for ourselves.  Unhealthy relationships make us unhappy too. Brokenness, loneliness, these are the main causes why a lot of people are unhappy.

I think there is no any happy people. because people don't satisfy what they have. They always need more. When they reach to their target then their needs become large and they need more... I think that is why they are unhappy. Lots of people live in the future by dreaming and the don't know the value of being present time....

the only thing that makes people unhappy is when we do not have the money. it is very torturing us, especially when we are hungry, and have no money. it makes us sad, and hungry. I think that's what makes me more grateful again in the face of adversity

- Lack of money
- Physical disturbed
- Mentally disturbed
- Morally died personalities
- Have no love
- loneliness

People are always unhappy, what so ever. You can see on any level of satisfaction people are not happy and always want more, this is human nature. Ita can not be changed, and the basic reason of sadness is always wanting more than you already have.

Because no one taught us how to be happy,we all have to learn to be happy from all these pop psychology books ,other people who claim to know the inside scoop of being happy and from sacred texts.

Not only do we feel psychologically victimized much of our lives, but we feel we have to consult others to find out how to find happiness, or choose happiness.

If it is a choice, than I must surely be choosing not to be happy, right?

These are the kind of dilemmas we get into in our minds and yet, there are unexamined beliefs that we may be carrying around about happy people as well.

However,it is possible for us to recondition our  thinking by allowing ourselves  to claim some amount of credit for all we  are doing and for all we are trying to accomplish.

For our hard earned efforts, we can learn to feel good if we consciously let them in every day, every week. 

We can begin to turn around a very strong force of doubt that tells none of our effort is truly worth it.
