Did you ever thought why many people are not happy even they have many possessions in life?  Did you ever thought the reason behind those agonies even if they tried to be happy but it wont last that long?  Physically,  they showed to the whole world that they are strong,  they enjoy their lives to the fullest.  But at end of the day,  loneliness attacks.  Did you ever thought why people are unhappy?

What would be the source of the true happiness that we're longing to have? The world? Job? Family ? Money? Good background? Are they worth enough bases to be truly happy  ?

Maybe he has experiencing failure, debts, being bullied or trauma.
But if a person is always unhappy. It can be a depression.

it is difficult to analyse why people are unhappy even though they have anything in their life.various resons are there, It depends on the individual. I believe most all people want always to be happy in their life, whatever their conditions. In other hands, happiness is the goal of human being. However, in some conditions they may feel unhappy for some reasons or even there is no caused for being unhappy. For me, being happy is not complicated, just be calm and enjoy the life. Always thankful for what God gives to us. Do not see other, concerning to what we have. Even the richest people on earth are not happy simply because people are not contented with what they have. Happiness cannot be found in the luxury cars and cozy home, neither in the millions of dollars and jewelries, nor fame and power if you are surrounded with fake people. One can have true happiness by being contented with simple things, like a not so expensive houses and less material things. Having a pure heart without hatred, unselfish acts and a clean concience are enough to make someone happy inside and will eventually show in the outside. Those are things that money cant buy.

there are several reasons why people are not happy and I think one of the reason is that they are not contented with their lives and maybe they are full of knowledge and wisdom in which they don't even know how to be happy. if you read the story "The Good Brahmin" by Francois Voltaire you will see that if people are ignorant of their surrounding they are happier because they couldn't care less. And if you look at the rich and educated guy he was overly-stressed because of his surroundings. The narrator, therefore, concludes that is it even possible to be happy if you have more knowledge or if you stay ignorant.Life is full of unpleasant things that will teach you a lesson and helps you grow up.

I think there are several reasons people are unhappy, especially as life happens to us differently. Some people are happy due to their inadequacies, some because of some material possessions they're yet to get, some are unhappy with some features in their body, they wished it was better, then some people are unhappy because of the success of other people.
