Twice now I have cancelled a sell order and the funds don't appear back in the account, the last time I raised a support ticket, do I have to do that each time, or is there some wider problem that is being looked into?

Oh god that would make it even worse. PR is lacking quite a bit, though

The issue is we are still migrating services to the new datacenter its taking time and causing problems. We are working through them as we can.

@BitJohn

A very reasonable explanation and again, I haven't had any problems with withdraws, refunds or trading at all.Since professionalism and courtesy prevent the guys over at Cryptsy to speak their minds openly, please, allow me to channel Cryptsy for a moment.

~BCX~

Hey Whiners, yeah I'm talking to you "Mr too stupid To release his transfer and then submit three tickets and create a thread Guy."
Shut the fuck up you bunch of ungrateful children obliviously ignorant to the fact without Cryptsy you idiots wouldn't even have a market for 75% of your crybaby coins. You turds come in the chat, berate, complain, whine about things my dog could figure out after burning down a blunt. You offer nothing of value and think you are doing us favor by living your entire life in the chat box and gifting us the profit of your .0000035 LTC fees we collected form you last week.

So from the bottom of our hearts over here at Cryptsy, FUCK OFF AN DIE if you can't deal with the petty inconveniences of upgrading your only market to peddle your shitcoins on.

Please by all means take your asses over to mcxNOW, BTC-e or VirWox and see if you can get them to add your shitcoin of the day.

Lastly, The polls we put up are just to fuck with you morons, we will add or delist any coin we feel like without your input? Why, because it's our fucking site that's why.

Have a nice day"

Yes I have made several of various currencies.

Did you release your transfer via the link sent to your email address. It's a two step process.
If you did not release your transfer via your email, it will not process.

If you did, open a support ticket it's the fastest way to get a response from Cryptsy.

I used to be a business owner and a manager at one point in my life. I understand when things don't go right, customers can be tough to deal with. You can never satisfy all you customers sometimes, but you still try. I like Cryptsy for their support on coins that other market site wouldn't take on and that's bold on their standpoint. Hopefully they get their site all sorted out.

Ok its been a rough week and were still sorting through the migration but its moving along. I have to thank everyone for being patient with us through this transition.

For those that were not sure https://cryptostocks.com/securities/57 is an official share offering the details you can find on crypto stocks.
