You put too high a price on gas and gas limit. In my experience enough to put the price of gas 20-22 and gas limit 80000 - 100 000

it depends on ethererum's network. sometimes it is over-flooded as it is for now, and etherscan offer minimum gas price.

The MEW wallet automatically sets the required amount of gas limit, you only need to put the price of gas. Put the gas price above 30 and there will be no problems with the transaction.
