we just applied for DPL License so it should be ready near May-June. This will allowed us to act as a payment system and as an Asset Management Company,regarding banking license - this will depends on which stage we will get on ITO
In which country do you receive a DPL License? Or does it matter where the company was registered? |

i hope that they have some partnership with some projects and card emitents? They already several times announced a partnership with other companies, but of course it's more interesting who will be the partner on debit cards. |
