I'm curious about the 0.0025 dividend/share thing... When does this 'expire'? Say I bought some more shares now, would those shares still be open for this guarantee? What about if I bought in six months time? Is this only valid for IPO shares? I haven't seen anything about this in the thread, but I might have missed it.

So if we're wanting to make a decent sized buy order, should we wait for ActiveMining to start trading?  Will a wall be posted?

No wall - any shares you own now will automatically be converted to ActiveMining when that starts trading. You should buy whenever you think you will get the lowest price.

The actual securities move on BTCT *shouldn't* generate any price movement, everything is pretty transparent.

There won't be a wall once ActiveMining becomes active. All AMC-PT shares will be converted to ActiveMining shares. You can make your purchase of AMC-PT and you'll be fine.

You're just being ridiculous now, deliberately misrepresenting details (eg there was a clear distinction made between Springfield underground and the VMC office you posted so people like you wouldn't toss around stupid accusations)

Piss off you're wasting everyone's time including your own. Unless of course you have an agenda posting here?

Also why did two of you show up at the same time and decide to railroad every current thread relating to this security?

I think we can all just ignore this 'crumbs' kid now - he  has nothing to say and every time someone responds to him he gets more fuel for his own little ego. So ignore him, he will get banned hopefully.

Every response gives the kid another reason to respond with another dickish comment. To stay on topic ignore these fools.

They are obvious trolls and too many of you are feeding them. They'll hang around and antagonize for as long as we entertain them.

The good news is that this is a phase in BTC Security development that is actually positive. When "shilltrolls" show up and with any amount of force or pseudo-organization, (like these two), it marks a point in market upset. It doesn't mean that ActiveMining has arrived, but it does mean waves are being made to the point of energy expenditure against a competing security. It is beneficial to note the number and aggressiveness of these activities, as this will help get a beat on how much market upset is perceived.

Fun times.

Yes trying to undermine confidence but the smart people here know the ACtM fundamentals are rock solid and shares are widely undervalued. And with less than 100k left on the books for public issue they are very scarce. That amount went in a day last week.

From what I understand, there will only be 10M shares for investors (40%) with the company retaining 15M for itself (60%).

The IPO released a majority of the 10M shares due to drop in USD/BTC value, but the rest won't be issued until a much later date (ie. when needed).

The first 10,000,000 ActiveMining shares have [every share holder has] the privilege of getting all profits until BTC0.0025/share is paid, starting from the day when dividends begin to be paid.

Those who bought shares for 0.0025 before dividends started to pay out at the start of the month will effectively get a full refund.

Those who buy shares now (from a previous shareholder) should receive 100% profits until such time as those above get their 0.0025/share and the 40%/60% profit split happens.

What they don't realize is their trolling is actually helping us.. our responses always appear logically appropriate and mature, only solidifying potential interest from investors.

It's like witnessing a debate between a college graduate and an autistic child.  Who would you rather believe?

I think I'm going to bet against the autistic kids.

Div payment is coming, and a question came to my mind about the future dividents:

According to Ken, the first 10M ACTM shares will be some kind of "priority" shares, and only those shares will get the dividends until 0.0025/share.
And this is the part I don't really understand:

1. Do only those shares get the divs until the sum of the paid divs reach 0.0025/share, or until the weekly div rises to 0.0025/share?
2. What does the "only the first 10M get the divs" statement mean? Will ACTM pay the divs for them like those shares were the only shares of ACTM, so dividing the profit by 10M, or will ACTM pay the divs "normally" and store the remaining BTC on another address?

Good things come to those who wait.
