Going back to the important question, how many more shares are there to push and what is the plan for them?

Advice. How will complete the IPO?

I would like an answer to this as well, what is the total additional (on top of what has already been sold in the various layers of IPO) number of shares that will be sold to the public?
My fault, I mean, to help complete the IPO for the price?

LOL he is working, but yes, this is why an official PR person is needed for him to pass information to that can be relayed in a calm and efficient manner to the community... *waves  Roll Eyes

Yeah, you guys do realize that Ken's pretty much been doing whatever he wants with a lot of these operations, right?

2Mil wall went down? Now we need 200K More. Now 500K More. It's for "expenses", you guys.

It scares me how much money will be tied up in this venture, and how much so many investors stand to lose if/when this goes sour. I know a lot of people put a lot of faith in Ken, but I caution everyone to not invest more than they can/will lose on this...

So I wasn't supposed to take out a HELOC to invest in ActiveMining?

It just seems like a bold statement to make without any immediate follow-up
"I'm putting up another wall!"
*leaves for a coffee*

coffee or not, busy or not, that pisses me off beyond belief
we want to know where the wall will be, when it will go up, etc
IMMEDIATELY after he says something like that we should know that information

I'm so pissed off right now I may put up my own 120k wall.

Im laughing my ass off at all of you who have so much confidence in Ken.

Kenneth clearly doesnt need any additional share sales but he wants to get greedy and you guys are lapping it all up. I'm happy with my exit point.

VolcanicEruptor, I would suggest you put your own wall at a satoshi below whatever Ken puts up to teach him a lesson  Wink

Well, the FUD may not be entirely gone, but at least it's much diminished; much easier on the eyes.

Ken should be thanking Streets and VBS (if I got that right) big time. They've done the sales job.

Let's please have a straight answer to this share issue as soon as possible.

Ignore them if you want but these guys actually have a point.

I've been mulling over investing for a week.  Everyone on here is singing Ken's praises the whole time.  I really wanted to wait to decide until babefoot posted the report he promised.  I'm not sure which thread he was posting to as there are three that we have to put up with but I don't think he ever posted one.

So after the wall came down I went ahead and invested.  Right after that, out of nowhere, Ken posts that he's putting up another wall and the price collapses.  That is total B.S.

After the missteps in the beginning, I should have listened to my gut and not invested at all.  I'll be rooting for this security as now I'm invested but, man, what a joke.

It's scary - someone should keep tabs on any vanity purchase's of Kens (car, house, watch, etc.) - we need to know this extra money is being plowed into the business, and for good causes. Just ask yourself how easy it would be to just raise too much and siphon off in such a frothy market like this. It wouldn't be the first time.

The beginning was certainly a clusterfuck, no question there (one in which I lost a sizeable chunk of change, but I've got no one to blame but myself for that), but I think things are slowly being sorted out. The issue is time, we need to raise those NRE costs before anything can proceed and while it is dangerous (for investors) to raise money without the assurance of the company having proper accounting, up to this point investing really was a matter of faith. Now that the NRE has been raised, it's time to slow down and get everyone on the same page. Perhaps do something along the lines of what TAT and co. do with Asicminer, gather a list of FAQs and present them to Ken for answer.

I would settle for Babefoot's report.  Hope he posts it soon.
