What's the surge in this stock, could it be worth as much as AsicMiner eventually?

Market cap possibly if they assume production capacity that values it as equal to AM Share price no ASIC only has 400,000 shares to spread it over or in other words there are 62.5 X more total shares in Activemining Assuming = 4 BTC/62.5 = 0.064 if that was at equal value now but that won't be for a while yet Edit Note: Alternative Calculation is on public shares those numbers would be based on 163,962 and 10 million and recalculate I assumed total shares but a measure on total trade able shares in the public works as well as those are what are being exchanged Introduction ASICMINER is a virtual identity totally held by investors of the Bitfountain company. The Bitfountain company's business includes mining with self-built ASIC devices, as well as the sales of them. Currently ASICMINER shareholders holds 163,962 shares, while Bitfountain shareholders holds 236,038 shares. ASICMINER shares have the privilege of getting all net profits till 0.1BTC/share from the day when dividends began to be paid. They also have the exemption of dilution, which means that each ASICMINER share always equals to 1/400,000 of the total profits and voting power of the summed value from both ASICMINER and Bitfountain.
Introduction
Currently, it is expected for interested ActiveMining's public investors to hold 10,000,000 ActiveMining shares (40% of the profits), while Active Mining Corporation owner(s) shall hold 15,000,000 ActiveMining shares (60% of the profits), for a total of 25,000,000 ActiveMining virtual shares that represent 100% of the global profits of ActiveMining.
The global ActiveMining's income, including mining income, hardware sales via bitcoins, other cryptocoins and fiat transferred to bitcoins, will be paid to ActiveMining shareholders proportionally, when all manufacturing, maintenance, labor costs, R&D, growth and miscellaneous expenses are deducted. The first BTC0.0025/share dividends will only be paid to the first 10,000,000 ActiveMining shares, providing public investors a priority in getting back 100% return of their investment.

Prices dropping pretty fast comparatively on BTCT.. Guess after the correction prices would more or less equalize on the two platforms..

Prices dropping pretty fast comparatively on BTCT.. Guess after the correction prices would more or less equalize on the two platforms.. Look at the amount of 'corrections' that have occurred after all time highs, only for the price to spike up again. Unless prices stay lower for an extended period of time I don't think you can say that prices are really dropping.

We are closing the gap pretty fast.. Panic sell everyone on BTCT Edit. Look at the walls piling up on the ask side.. without a significant positive news we might just drop below Bitfunder..

I thought SDICE is going to pay ฿0.003 per share, why are shares getting traded for higher then that at the moment.

Guys, the 120,000 shares were mine. I made a deal with Ken. Because he is so busy, I paid him a VERY high premium to have my shares transferred from BF to BTCT. The premium went directly to the company. I advise everyone with less than 120,000 shares not to do this, as the price was very high and wouldn't be worth it for most shareholders. I paid him $5000, which went directly to the company.
I did get immediately on the horn and called Kens office. I was transferred to his cell and asked what was going on with this 120k dump. It was explained to me that a serious investor had made a deal to him in fiat to transfer those over to Btct. I guess now as we see that was Volcanic. When talking to him I could tell he was on the road (can hear the wind), and asked where he was headed to, while apologizing for calling after hours. He had told me he was on the road to meet with the engineering firm. I had asked how many hours were left in the drive and he stated 4-5 hours. Thanks for the update Streets. Yes thank you. now will everyone please stop pissing and moaning and go back to constantly refreshing BTCT! Your welcome. I called Ken back to get some more clarification. The shares removed from BF will be pulled down tonight after he is done driving and can get on his laptop. Currently BF sits at 6,241,329 shares, should see this drop by 120k I would imagine no later than tomorrow. For those interested, look at BF share count, it is 6,121,877

OK
A fair percentage of your posts, vlaoou321, contribute very little or nothing to the topic being discussed. I would ask that you (and anyone else for that matter) limit themselves to posting only when they can bring something to the forum table. Not trying to be a douche, only trying to help up the quality of the thread and the discussions within it.

re: VE
lets remember the discrepancy between BF price and BTC-C price is caused by there being 4x fewer shares on the BTC-C exchange. So any transfer from BF to BTC-C will help narrow the price difference which is a good thing. The BF price more accurately reflects market value and having a small supply on BTC-C makes bubbles followed by crashes more likely. Not good for long term shareholder confidence.
