I will be changing the wall in ActiveMining to around ~100,000 shares.
does this apply to the wall at BTCT as well? Most likely not. The BTC-TC wall is in fact getting eaten through. |

Just sit tight - you can be concerned when there isn't a plan of action to move them into ActM shares by Jul 24th, 1 week before 31st deadline. |

No. There are only 10M shares that are being released total. Whatever happens, there will be enough shares for both AMC and AMC-PT to convert to ActiveMiner shares. |

This action do raise a few questions. Are those 100k shares enough to cover your R&D expenses for now, or will you have to sell more shares in a near future (as in within a 1-2 weeks)? What if the wall gets eaten up, and price goes up to, say 0.004? Will you be selling more shares @ 0.004 then? Or will you keep selling @ 0.0025? In the past we saw what happened when you tried to use a rising price to sell more shares. I don't want this to happen again, so I urge you Ken, please have a strategy for how to sell shares prepared this time. |

The wall was not working to get the NRE for us. Getting ready to launch a big advertising campaign which I feel will get the NRE. |

Met with babefoot for about 3 1/2 hours today. Meeting was very good as he ask a lot of questions which he will report on.

preorders can't be used to fund the NRE because what if the product never delivers and the customer needs a refund? A preorder is not a sale. |

It is only one strategy out of four, of which any one could fund the NRE, or part of each could fund the NRE. |

Here's my thinking:
ActiveMining needs $1 million or there about. AMC sold around 1 million shares at $105 last week. That's $262,000. The price of bitcoins is now $97. Which means they need about 7600 BTC and to sell about 3,043,000 Shares. They have sold about 400,000 on BTC-TC the past few days. That leaves 2,643,000 Shares to be bought still. There is a block of 1,800,000 for sale on BTC-TC. The remaining 800k still needed is dispearsed throughout the .0025 and .003 range on BitFunder.

preorders can't be used to fund the NRE because what if the product never delivers and the customer needs a refund? A preorder is not a sale. Pre-orders can fund the NRE, just the company is liable for them like you said. It's not the best solution but it is a solution. You create a reserve account for refunds. Like 10%, or whatever percentage you think you will have in returns. |

Hey there, just wondering how long it usually takes for you to exchange our AMC shares to ActiveMining? I transferred 45 earlier on Bitfunder and emailed straight after at around 12PM GMT but I still haven't received my ActiveMiner shares.
