Our Plans For Shares and the NRE:
When we reach our goal of funding for the NRE from any of the following sources (shares sales, machine sales, chip sales, private funding, mining, loans etc) with a bit of leeway for other expenses, I will make a post here in the thread and then take down the wall immediately.
This is a bit of a heads up as to potential short term price rise. When the wall comes down price won't hang around. I'm thinking we will see the most dramatic action with AMC-PT on btct.co. Not sure how BitFunder will react to dramatic moves on btct.co, though. It will be interesting to find out.

It's 15! Day for the proper financial reports? Waiting for P/L, CF and balance sheet
1) Statement of financial position: also referred to as a balance sheet, reports on a company's assets, liabilities, and ownership equity at a given point in time. 2) Statement of comprehensive income: reports on a company's income, expenses, and profits over a period of time. A profit and loss statement provides information on the operation of the enterprise. These include sales and the various expenses incurred during the processing state. 3) Statement of cash flows: reports on a company's cash flow activities, particularly its operating, investing and financing activities.
kslaughter, what time (UTC)?
Thanks for reminding me. Since AMC's description did not allow for any purchase of account software, we were just doing the very basic form of accounting. Also, since AMC is being merged into AMC (Belize) (Virtual shares ActiveMining) we will be issuing a full accounting statement on the winding down of AMC's business and its merger into ActiveMining on completion of the merger.

The first BTC0.0025/share dividends will only be paid to the first 10,000,000 ActiveMining shares, providing public investors a priority in getting back 100% return of their investment.
What dose this mean? I'll be paid back after I buy shares from Bitfunder?

I don't think this is 100% correct. When someone buys a share, they get the remainder of the .0025 that hasn't been paid when the stock was originally issued. As of now, there has been 1 dividend payment of 0.0000183, meaning an individual who buys a share now is entitled to 0.0024817 BTC before Ken pays himself.

Yes, that is correct, but it's only a tiny issue, as the value/share when that happens will be much much higher than the price today. Asicminer was already trading at BTC0.8 when they payed the remainder of their 0.1/share. The fact a company can do it values it much higher than the event in itself.

Well, this may take so many weeks if dividends keep stable. 0.0025/0.0000183=136 100% return from dividends in the real world would take a lot lot longer than 136wks. This dividend offer is a guarantee that you will get your money back and it's intended to attract investors. When the company starts serious mining the dividend amount won't remain stable, it will shoot up (even with more shares being sold) so there is no way you would need to wait 136 weeks. At the same time your shares will increase in value above and beyond your initial investment.

Considering the fact ActM will have ~6.377 TH/s somewhere in August, even at a total network hashrate of about 500 TH/s, that's around BTC1640/month, or 0.000164/share (with 10M sold, more if not), less expenses. That's almost 9x the last dividend.

The news alone of Ken receiving the chips is going to bounce the share price, then the news of him receiving the boards and begininng the clones will bounce the price further... sales of miners, bringing online of more hashing power in the future... you get the idea. The market loves to go wild on just news and bringing online even small amounts of hashing power, ie. see basic-mining
