Because no one sane wants to be on BitFunder.
Everytime I reinvest my divs - I get more shares for my money on bitfunder.
Everytime I have spare btc and want to increase my ACtM holding - I get more shares for my money on bitfunder.
I must be insane

All divs reinvested Is this correct? So all things being equal, with a price difference of the current average (15%) after 10weeks the compounding on Bitfunder has earned you 252
more shares than on btc-co. That's 2.52% more value in your investment after only 10weeks. I'm not clever enough to work out what the compounding would equate to over a year - anybody?
edit2: I accidentally used 30% price difference instead of 15% so 10week figure is not 2.5% - but principle remains.
