I like some gambling games and sports betting. The main problem in this sphere is a lack of trust, it's hard to find a place where you couldn't be deceived. I guess Fire Lotto is the one you can confide. I see their advantages compare to other lotteries and can say the project is really promising.

Yes, there is a list of scammers and my name is on it and I have posted proof that I invested. But you know what, it's idiots like you that help propogate the scam. Legal blockchain lottery. Interesting mix  ICO isn't started yet, but softcap is already reached (twice). In my opinion, it's awesome project. You are lucky or not, it doesn't matter, there are opportunities for all. Lucky - buy tickets and won, unlucky - buy tokens and just get payouts. yeah, I like the fact that playing lottery is not the only option, and even if you dont like gambling, you can still support the project and get some commision profits. That's why i already invested. And also after ICO you can sell tokens on the exchange |

Small post about our application in SEC the was filed and receiving the confirmation.
0. Received a legal opinion from US lawyers and chose the exception on which we will work.
1. Collected a list of documents by the company, including finance reports in a specific form.
2. Registered to Edgar - a special resource for filing an application form D.
3. We filled in the form and certified the documents.
4. We filed it to SEC. Then the attorneys were summoned to the SEC meeting, where they answered a lot of questions.
5. The SEC verified independently all the provided information and issued a confirmation.

The SEC has no present rules that address cryptotokens specifically, only securities in general. Crypto-tokens that are securities must comply with the laws for traditional securities. The definition of a security is very broad, but does include (by recent clarification) practically all crytotokens that are not utility tokens that have immediate utility and whose value is not tied to the profits of a company or project. A registering a public offering is what a company does before an Initial Public Offering (IPO). It involves Form S-1, and the creation of a prospectus. The costs of producing the prospectus and registration materials, plus the ongoing reporting obligations, are so expensive, that practically no company executes a registered public offering without also “going public” on a secondary stock exchange such as the NYSE or NASDAQ. Otherwise, the costs greatly exceed the benefits (liquidity and access to capital that the major secondary stock markets provide). So do you really believe, that Fire Lotto that does not have a operating license, that is registered in offshore and operated by Russian criminals will be listed on NYSE or NASDAQ ?? This is another confirmation that this project is a SCAM organized and orchestrated by criminals. |
