Small post about our application in SEC the was filed and receiving the confirmation.

0. Received a legal opinion from US lawyers and chose the exception on which we will work.
1. Collected a list of documents by the company, including finance reports in a specific form.
2. Registered to Edgar - a special resource for filing an application form D.
3. We filled in the form and certified the documents.
4. We filed it to SEC. Then the attorneys were summoned to the SEC meeting, where they answered a lot of questions.
5. The SEC verified independently all the provided information and issued a confirmation.
Keti_gav:
So, all talks about scamming from fire lotto team is just the machinations of bastards from bitcointalk.org! They try to get money from our team

When saying "the machinations of bastards from bitcointalk.org" are you referring to the administrators of the forum bitcointalk.org or to people who just happen to post here? Because if you are meaning the first option then it's a quite heavy accusation, which I'm sure it's baseless. If you mean the second option, they you should learn to express yourself in a more proper English, because technically your sentence means the first option.

They are using Google  to translate their bullshit from Russian. Company that is pretending to rise millions can't hire a English speaking thread manager.

Legal blockchain lottery. Interesting mix  Smiley ICO isn't started yet, but softcap is already reached (twice). In my opinion, it's awesome project. You are lucky or not, it doesn't matter, there are opportunities for all. Lucky - buy tickets and won, unlucky - buy tokens and just get payouts.

yeah, I like the fact that playing lottery is not the only option, and even if you dont like gambling, you can still support the project and get some commision profits. That's why i already invested.

And also after ICO you can sell tokens on the exchange

ofc, but it's like default option. i'm rather interested in receiving commissions. that system sounds interesting for me, hope the number of players will constantly increase. eventually i also wanna roll the dice someday Smiley

The main problem in this sphere is a lack of trust, it's hard to find a place where you couldn't be deceived.

Totally agree with this point. I believe that blockchain will bring enough transparency to the gameplay and make gambling truly fair. I'm glad to see that FireLotto is on the right track.

The screens that you submitted are weak evidence. In the same way, I can provide pictures like chatting with Trump. Pictures are very easy to fake. Pictures are very easy to fake.

But your account is suspicious. I'll tell the admin to check you out. It seems your Merit was bought.

FIRE LOTTO CHANGED ADDRESSEES 3 TIMES WITHIN 2 WEEKS. First address was in Cyprus, the second one in Singapore and now they are in Hong Kong!

Our private companies will never disclose info under private people requests of their initial beneficiaries and etc as it will be a threat to a project - a first fully anonymous decentralized lottery platform. We dont want anybody to be able influence our lottery before its will be grown big.
All necessary legal check and due-diligence is made by authorized government bodies like SEC and licensing  commissions. Only then they provide an official act like in case of SEC.

Maybe they are just 1 or 2 persons who make fake accounts to profane projects and ask money if the project team want to stop their spam!
This people have "business" on bitcointalk.org:
- they increase accounts and then sell them
- they write registered spam posts
- and many other scamm actions!

My English is normal, please look at your posts and check your competence.

Does the token simply represent  a percentage of the profit sharing program? You do not use the token to access three lottery or use it to enter the lottery, is that correct?

At the moment holders of tokens will receive a commission and also can participate in stock exchanges. Over time, it may be possible to buy tickets for tokens

Looks like Firelotto ICO is less riskier than many other ICOs due to working product and team experience (lotteries and fintech).
Also looks like it could be a good idea to allow to use fiat credit cards for purchasing ICO tokens and lottery tickets.
