What is a "bank" and a "bank agent"? (why the quotation marks?)
Also is there a specific idea behind your way of placing questionmarks after statements?
Wouldn't you agree that rambling manic theories without any evidence may evoke the notion that you have certain mental incapabilities?

now to your questions:
A Bank is a financial institutions, the original inception was a "storing house" for valuable goods (gold etc) , they quickly (relatively) turned into the disgusting fraud ridden filth they are today .
they do this by issuing the "official" currency that the government gives "fiat" too.
they also conduct "credit creation" otherwise known as Fraud and Counterfeit.
so that's what a "Bank" is.
A Bank agent, that is someone that "works for a Bank"
they could get paid by proxy they could be paid to troll forums ?
they could be supposedly "Government agencies" but of course as it is common knowledge that Corporations namely Banks control Government (in most nations) , it is much more accurate to refer to these many agencies as working directly for the Banks they represent.
