its depends on how people use their eth, if they use ethereum in the good and professional way, then there is a future in term of using ethereum. As of now there are many thing that we can do, using eth than using bitcoin.

you are right indeed for now ETH is difficult to replace BTC position now, but I still believe that this will happen, but not in a short time, because I see the ETH development always looks good, even though the price is currently down

I am certain which following ten years we will have ethereum on top also it will stay the best altcoin. It appears in my experience which right now a good expense within ethereum is among the greatest options.

ETH will no doubt be a very influential coin for a long time, but Bitcoin will remain the leader among the coins. I think so!

Theres are great possibility but actually ethereum really needs a huge boost in order to overcome bitcoin on top so ethereum needs a lot of investors to continue it's  progress in the next couple of years.

I dont think that theres a coin that can overcome bitcoin in top because bitcoin has still a good potential  since it founded and that is a good characteristics of a successful coin and most coins right now don't have that kind of characteristic.

I think the thing that made ethereum's reputation diminish was the number of smart contracts that turned out to be a scam project, and I think devs. must be selective and can ensure that the project is correct and not a scam.

BTC and ETH are created to serve two different purpose. ETH provides ecosystem to develop and deploy Dapps for various purpose easily. BTC is meant to serve payment alterative for fiat currency. ETH has potential to over throw BTC from the top spot but it would take some years.

Theres are great possibility but actually ethereum really needs a huge boost in order to overcome bitcoin on top so ethereum needs a lot of investors to continue it's  progress in the next couple of years. 

ETH will not be able to transcend the BTC now and in the future, in my opinion, BTC is always a key coin of cryptanalysis and does not have any coin that can match ice. Currently ETH is declining and never known ever value of this new coin growth again.

Neither bitcoin will down Ethereum nor will Ethereum reach to bitcoin. There is a huge difference between the prices of two coins. It is not possible for bitcoin to drop more than $6000, because the mining process will stop and we will find no coins in the market, and $6000 price for Ethereum is a big price and may it never reach to this price. Its investment cap will stop.

I feel that most people believe that. More and more large corporations invest in ETH, making it relatively stable. However, it is so early to conclude that the crypto money market is not as stable as it is now. I think it takes more time to prove this is true

with trust held by ethereum, of course price will recover later. especially with current condition of eth prices which dropped dramatically, it will bring many investors to buy it and make a profit

No, it is not possible that ethereum will ever take place of bitcoin and will become number one crypto in the world. Bitcoin is the pioneer crypto and the rests are only the parts of cryptos. Original crypto is only bitcoin. Ethereum price is under $300 and bitcoin is more than $6000. You can now guess the difference between these two currencies. Ethereum will never reach to this point.

Etherum is the next best coin next to Bitcoin, It seems to me that the price of the etherium will never reach the cost of bitcoin. Never silver will not cost like gold. Bitcoin is unique in its kind. And no altcoin will ever achieve such results.

You gave a rather eloquent example of gold and silver, but precious metal cannot be compared with cryptocurrency, and Bitcoin can lose its relevance and importance more quickly than the ethereum will overtake in price.
