It's not an ICO though it's just a plain fork if you hold bitcoin you get BI that's all, you cant simply buy it like a regular ICO. It's probably minable though

Of course the project goes well, I'm unfortunately not very versed in algorithms, but I think getting an additional coin is a very good addition of capital.

They are all different from each other. But fork, are totally an attack to the original Bitcoin Network. Never support a bitcoin fork specially if the idea is a copy-cat. They copied the idea behind Minexcoin, and go with the trend of Bitcoin fork for easy cash grabs. Again guys do due diligence before going into this. I assure you this won't get anything.

Your project will bring the traditional interest of the bank we are used to, which sounds very interesting to me. If we store bitcoin here, we can get interest. I like to have two periods of interest.

haha, Distribution, exchange has not started yet. It can not be said that it is going well.
I do not know if this project is a scam, but it seems like I'm stealing Minexcoin's idea.
Whether it will succeed is different.
