Labcoin.com aims to raise 7.000 Bitcoin (BTC) through the issue of 7.000.000 shares in the IPO. The shares will be issued at a price of 0.0001 BTC per share.
7.000.000*0.0001=7000? Huh
Something is wrong,I guess. Roll Eyes

You are 100% correct. An extra zero found its way in. The share price is 0.001.

Ha ha ha!
They planned for this price from the very beginning!

The extra shares didn't hit the order book.  It's quite possible they were given as payment for work performed on upcoming hash power...

I prefer my wild speculations to come with a happy ending.

You could buy ~600k shares for an average price of about 0.0003 per share right now.

Any true believers left?

Maybe if you post your Daily Nag List (like you promised you would) the stock price would go up.

After all, the stock price going up provided you a rational basis for your previous LabScam investment.

Buy when there's blood on the streets BitchCycle.  Don't let the negative emotions of the trolls cloud your pristine, logical investing acumen!   Grin

So how many IceDrill shares do you own again?

Someone bought around half of that at .0002 BTC. That's a pretty good chunk of change to throw at LC at this stage in the game...

It's very likely it was the issuer who bought those - it happened within a minute of the number of shares held by the company going back and forth by about 400k shares, if memory serves.

So they are importing shares to the exchange and buying cheap shares..
What is a possible reason to do those both things? Anybody?

One of the option would be that he is in fact going to return 3500btcs that he is supposed to have in form of one time dividend as he promised. And by doing this he would be making some nice profit for himself

ill second that.. and the people who dumped don't even realise that if sam/fabrizio is forced to give the money back.. only people who hold shares at that time will benefit...

so all the people who continuously called scam after having panic sold .. would get nothing.

I like the promised part and how there are still people here who think that means something.
He broke every single promise he made and now you think he's gonna return your money because he promised to do that.
Hilarious.

Its price is not a very relevant factor in its adoption....

I am taking over the ritual of posting BitchCycle's Daily Action Item Checklist, since he broke his promise to do it himself.

Quote
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=305686.0

It's been 34 days since this list was posted.

Unfortunately,

none of Sam's action items have been completed.

The list remains as it is.  I am including some suggestions added by the community, though it is important to note that these have not been agreed to by Mr. Noi.

I am PMing a reminder copy to Mr. Noi as soon as this is posted.

NOTES FROM THE Q&A

INCLUDING A TO-DO LIST FOR SAMUELE NOI.

I am PMing a copy of this to-do list to the Labcoin account as a reminder of the action items from this session.

I am also asking Mr. Noi to inform us when these items are completed.

Actions for the next 24 hours.

Skype session with Ukyo regarding Bitfunder listing
Posting to the forum the amount of BTC left in the company funds.
    Change pool to Eligius
Make the labcoin portfolio public on BTCT

Other actions to complete ASAP

Verification of ID.  A good start would be writing "I am Samuele Noi of Labcoin" and the date on a piece paper, and photograph yourself holding it.
Photos of the hosting facilities as well as the operational boards
Send a sample board to TheSeven.  This should be done immediately as the sooner he gets the board the sooner he can provide advice. Delays have a direct cost.
Exact power consumption figures for the chips/boards

Actions for the community to complete ASAP

Nominate a panel of community representatives to work closely with Samuele. This should be done immediately. We complain about delays from Sam, let's not do what we criticize him for.

- COMPLETED

Suggested additional items from the community

Meet with a shareholder in person in Shenzhen / Hong Kong. Lunch/coffee/tea meeting etc.  Merv77 has indicated that he will be in town and available Oct 23 - Nov 11. An in person meeting with a third party could soothe a lot of anxieties.
Provide a full accounting for all money spent so far.  A spreadsheet showing expenses and dates would be ideal.

THIS LIST WILL BE REPOSTED DAILY WITH ITEMS CHECKED OFF AS THEY ARE COMPLETED

I prefer my wild speculations to come with a happy ending.

Who would accept labcoin shares as payment? Sam should still have enough bitcoins so i would demand bitcoins for payment and i probably could get way more shares with those bitcoins then.

So its either someone who checked the divs and the shareprice and found that labcoin is a good deal...

If its really Sam then he either knows that the shareprice will rise soon because of more hashpower or he wants to get out of this all by stopping ipo and paying out the btc he holds. In the hope of not being sued.

I posted this in the other thread but Im sure Sam will want to delete it so this is the backup.

Ok guys lets put the pitch forks down for a second and get back to reality, first that chinese address is 3 years old and Alberto is atm in Italy and has probably been there for some time now so lets start there. Second Fabrizio Tatti is Italian and the owner of I-tec.pro aka Labcoin so we have to start with him.

So first we need to gather a list of people who has lost plenty of money ( together over 200 000$ ) with this SCAM, then we take that list and make a criminal complaint and submit it to Italian "Polizia Postale" the Italian cyber-crime unit.

And with the complaint we will submit Albertos involvement in Labcoin and his fraud history and a estimate of how much money he has stolen from people in the past. Im sure the will want to put him away and not let him get away with that, as this is their job to put guys like him away. And since Fabrizio is the owner working with known criminal I am sure he also will get convicted for his crime.

We have there IP addresses that they have been using on IRC and Im sure the Polizia Postale will find out who Sam is and take him in for questioning and he will also get convicted if he exists. We can also mention that they have been logging in to Btc talk and Btc-t Im sure Btc talk will give information to the police regarding the accounts these SCAMMERS have been using ( IP addresses of logins to Labcoin and delaria accounts ) Burnside will release the IPO BTC address and possibly IP addresses via order from the US gov or Belize gov if the Polizia Postale will ask for them.

So the right way of moving forward is getting people who lost money to get together and submit the complaint to the right authorities and they will hunt these guys down and bring them to justice.

So if you guys are ready to submit your real names and how much you lost to the complaint Im sure we can get get this case rolling. I personally have not lost so much so I can not do anything alone and I need some big investors to join this endeavour if we are going to succeed in bringing these SCAMMERS to justice. Personally I dont see how we are going to get all our money back but Im sure these guys will not SCAM again if we can put them away for a long time.

Hello we are currently making a list of shareholders who might be interested in starting legal action against LABCOIN.

I've been in contact with a lawyer and he said that we have to gather more people to reduce the cost of the action and increase the "gravity" of the crime, so the more we are, the more this will get serious attention and hence consequences.

Please consider sending virtualspade (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=144825) a PM stating the amount of shares you CURRENTLY own.

Getting lawyers involved is a sure fire way to not get anything back. After their fees what are you going to get back? Jack shit.

Having had to make more than one company/individual to court, I can tell you this simply isn't true. It all depends upon the situation.

If the target is in Europe, is identified 100%, and has assets - then it's worth pushing. Going all the way to court will get expensive though so ideally you want an agreement long before that happens.

Getting lawyers involved changes things very quickly, particularly if fraud is involved. The problem with fraud is proving it.

If I had been part of this, I'd make it my mission to get this guy in front of a judge/returning some funds and losing money wouldn't be an issue (subject to a limit of course). I'd not let go for moral reasons because fraudsters rely on people not bothering with them, then they do it again.
