What makes you think he will be working.. I will try that but I will be looking in a number of places

What do you think Fabrizio quit his job and is living like a bum? He still works for Oppo or whatever company in Hong Kong, he feels safe as he has dissolved himself from all responsibilities because well that's what he said! Even if in fact he did get scammed himself, he at least knows the identity of "Sam" he can confirm Sam is Alberto ect.

So far we had:

TheCoinBull: tribal leaders will hunt him down, a month later jerking off on his donations.
NineLives: Tough debt collectors, "Sam is possibly African"
Kleeck: credentialled individuals, probably has been ongoing for a month also, again probably have never spoken to Fabrizio in person.

Again how fucking hard is it to go to his job and speak with him? Or instant message him, like another member did on here and got a response?

I txtd Alberto about ASIC's and he replied to me saying saying what is your name which showed interest, meaning he is involved, besides him trying to delete traces of his phone number so it doesn't match with labcoin, yet genius investigators "Sam is African!"

No word from TheCoinBull and NineLives. Don't know what's going on there. Kleeck is part of LCSH. No need to say much. That says it all.

Ok good, I didn't know what LCSH was though it was another witch hunt party haha. Whatever complaints you make, make sure you mention all of their names, alberto, fabrizio, alessia, and the authorities who do this for a living can distinguish between errors in their responses, and find who is involved, that is if they give two shits about it haha.

And save the thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=322149.0 there is alot of useful information posted there.

Just by reading the chat transcript there shows that Alessia was involved, even though she clearly denies it.

Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
A lawsuit.
Seriously.
Labcoin shareholders truly are the most retarded ever, and there is serious competition.

So? Whats your solution?

I support the lawsuit since i want this scammers go to jail leading to a cleaner bitcoin community when scammers see its not the easy robbery anymore. I doubt we will see much bitcoins back though personally i dont care so much about since if at all i only could get a tiny fraction of my loss back.

So what is your criticism about?

Yea,  its a lawsuit because the names of the ppl involved are known by now and some of them have major assets- If the suit goes through and their assets are liquidated and they go to Jail I don't care if I don't get a dime, justice will be served.

It will be a really positive benefit for the BTC community as a whole to see a scammer caught and brought to the law. Definitely within reach on this one.

We are heading in the right direction and making progress in regards to catching Alberto and finding justice. As far as the money goes... who know's but most of us here have already come to terms with the loss.

Small update on the situation,

We are still collecting evidence and organizing it for the complaint, every day there is coming in new evidence and more people joining us, we like to make the complaint as complete as possible before we submit it. We are in the final stage of finalizing the contract with the lawyer, and when that is done there will be an announcement made how to proceed by LCSH, our official Labcoin Share Holders Representative Group informations account.

Thank you for your support.

Yeah, I laughed at that too. In my opinion though, his funny and insightful posts are outweighed by constant troll grind of pointless "you're all fucked" comments. Judging by the color of his ignore, I'm not the only one that feels this way.

Onward with the lawsuit. If nothing else, making this guys life hell for the next few months or years would be a boon for the community.

NEW BUSINESS MODEL:

Any bitcoins sent to 1EpdhQNyr2H288XXaiT7ho7vg1qHHLg8hq will count towards the Make pankkake stop posting Fund.

This entails all Bitcointalk posting, IRC on any channel having bitcoin in its name, same with subreddits (though I have no reddit account, thank god), etc. Since most of this activity is public, it is very easy to check.

Current price is 0.1337 BTC per day. For example, if 0.1337 BTC is sent, I will have to shut up for at least 24 hours - any slippage is considered void and I have to redo it. If less is sent, nothing happens until the next 0.1337 tranche happens. For example, I get 0.1, nothing happens, after a while someone else sends 0.04, then it happens. That way, you can pool your desire to shut me up.

Troll for hire... The Bitcoin community is so lucky to have outstanding members with such impeccable integrity.

Dunno.  Does this count as integrity?

...
Wow... Thank you Crumbs ...
We would love to reward your effort for bringing this to our attention. If you would like please provide us with a Bitcoin address.

Once again thank you so much!

Lol, no thanks.  Spend it on stepping up your game.
I have no problem with scams as a whole, it's your laziness and sloppiness that irks me.
Try to take pride in what you do, so that your victims could have the dignity of knowing that that they were scammed by a dedicated professional.

We do believe in what we are doing and we will continue with the usual energy and dedication.
Again, advice for those who are holding is to wait until 30/10/2013 to take any final decision, those interested in acquiring
shares should just take advantage of the current cheap prices.

Goodbye Labcoin!

We are here to stay and everyone who is having doubts will have to change his opinion once we show what we achieved.
Again, we advise anyone to purchase more shares now that they are cheap.
