Better get busy scam theorists, TheSeven just plugged the hole.
Thanks DexX7!
except that he doesn't know anything about the current operation, hasn't "been in touch with the engineers that handle the first generation chips since quite a while" so, it doesn't really speak anything to the current state of affairs with LC, specifically, do their current chips work, are they hashing, and if so, why do they continue to avoid every opportunity to show evidence? and also, they still ignore the shares locking issue.

So we can be pretty sure it's not a scam now that we have 3rd party confirmation.
We just can't assume they're competent.

One step at a time. I think we will continue to see upward movement as word spreads until the announcement. You have to admit this will restore a bit of confidence. Of course incompetence could be an issue. I don't think we are there yet. Going up!

And they finally have to lock their shares. If they do not it shows that they are planning to sell them soon.

The word that they're not a scam might even defuse a bungled announcement today.

I don't think it will restore confidence, actually. When the brain trust of G2 hasn't even heard from the team in a long time, that doesn't add confidence. When even he doesn't have evidence that current tech is real, that doesn't help confidence. You guys are trying to spin this positive, but it is not a positive development, at all. Let's focus on the reasons why it has taken them weeks to copy and paste a mining address... theSeven didn't address that, did he?

Even if you hated Labcoin you would be a fool not to start buying the moment Labcoin posts an address. (Only if your around the exact moment the address gets posted) This is a moment where you are guaranteed 10% - 40% at least and thats even if you need to move 200+ Bitcoins at once. Posting the first real proof will be so absolutely huge even Labcoins worst enemies are waiting for that confirmation with their Google Auth in hand.

Absolutely. Once I see verified proof I'm riding this train through Div-ville. Until then, I'll just watch.

On the other hand, the closer they let it get to the deadline, the greater the chances they're going to miss it, or post an address that hasn't solved a block.
If they had great news, it would be posted.

If they prove they are legit many of us will want to buy back into our positions. I am quite reduced from my peak position but if they are proving themselves finally then I see no reason not to get back in. Unless the results are lackluster.

Listen to this man. All TheSeven says is that he is working on something as an "external consultant". That means nothing. They wanted his pretty name on their project so it doesn't look like a scam. So they "consulted" him.
