I think if you are sure of one coin, why not, because with you buying only one coin will make you get a lot of profits if you buy with large capital
It would be very nice if this investment meet the goal, but I'm afraid if it doesn't. We would lose our money in a blink of an eye and don't be surprise if that really happens. However, it's a decision he has made, if he choose in only a coin, I'm sure he has thought a lot for this issue. |

The number one mistake of a newbie is picking only one cryptocurrency and investing all his money in it. It will be much better when you take your time to choose at least 10 alts and add them to your portfolio.

Of course it is too risky what if the alt-coin goes down after you put all of your money in it,
Then there wouldn't be a back up plan for you to recover your lost it is better to always look for other alt-coin invest in as much alt-coin that you could.

Hi,
the altocoin market is so variuous and there are dozen of interesting projects that can be supported.
But i'm a little investor (500$) and i'm seriously thinking to put all my money in only 1 project I think is very good which curretly is in the top 40 of altcoins. I don't want to say the name because my topic wants to be very general: what do you think is the risk by doing so? Should I invest in 2 or 3 coins instead?

Maybe back in 2016 to 2017 before the all time high, investing in one altcoin listed in top 10, such a good idea but now the behavior of crypto is unpredictable it seems a little bad . But if you win, you will win big, if you lose, the you lose big too.

Yes it is true that you invest in one altcoin is to risky.For us what I had experience I'll should invest at less 2-3 altcoins BTC,ETH and NEO.If ever you have a big amount of money to invest you must have at less top five of the market price.

Would be definitely risky. Altcoins on the first place are not best for long term holding so investing only in one altcoin would be nonsense if you are really that into investing. Preferrably, invest on promising newly listed coins because that would be the biggest opportunity especially when the comtinuous increase happened even on one of those coins that you have invested since there are many to choose from.
