hi PhoenixMiner

v6.1b still shows "ssl certificate verify failed" in some pool
can we just have an easy option to totally ignore the certificate problem? something like "no strict ssl"?

We will add this in the next version but please do not use it lightly - with this option the whole point of using SSL is moot as it allows MITM attacks with self-signed certificates.

cheers, well done

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

We will add this in the next version but please do not use it lightly - with this option the whole point of using SSL is moot as it allows MITM attacks with self-signed certificates.

If it allows a MITM attack I think it would be better not to implement it. Funny thing is I haven't encountered any "ssl certificate verify failed" yet not with 6.0c haven't tried 6.1b yet.
My pools are -pool ssl://eu1.ethermine.org:5555 -pool2 ssl://us1.ethermine.org:5555 mind you I am running Debian bookworm(testing) and based in the Netherlands so that might be why I don't have issues.

don't worry about it, you can use it as your own wish, we want option to control this, by default this function will not be active

Looks you are using nvidia card. Remove -clkernel as that is for AMD OpenCL and not for Nvidia CUDA.

Read the readme.txt -clkernel is for OpenCL thus AMD cards -nvkernel/-nvdo is for Nvidia cards. Wink

If it is not mentioned on the first page or readme.txt than there is no support for TON.

Can Phoenix Miner dual-mine ETH+Conflux like T-rex can? This would be a very useful feature on LHR video cards with 12GB+ of VRAM, since I can make 5-10% more mining both than mining either ETH or CFX alone on my RTX 3060's or RTX 3080 Ti.

If you want to know the possibilities read the first page of this thread and also the readme.txt and releases.txt.
Its all in there.

A fast Google search shows me this:

Code:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M can generate more than 7.92 USD monthly income with a 16.37 H/s hashrate on the BTG - ZHash (EWBF) algorithm.
With this old hardware, you may find some profitable coins but looks like you can't mine ETH.
Sorry, find out yourself what you can mine, or upgrade hardware.
