Do you watch the price of your altcoin everyday?

It's automatic for anyone who has various coins either if it's for long term or short term. I do it 4 times a day and it's just very quick so it's not a very time-consuming routine for everyday. From my experience, I can surely say that it's quite unproductive to be obsessed with coin price. I'm still checking the price every often. It has effects on my emotions but not on my decision because I somehow have an expected value of the coin in my mind. I wonder it's good habit for traders, but I'm sure it's better for hodlers. Not at all. If you set a plan to hold your altcoin for long-time goal.. You don't need to do that.

First of all, I never watch any crypto price except from news that I see in my social media when I am scrolling down. I do not think I need to look at it because I know what I have to do and what I just need to do. I do not need to monitor the price of crypto because what I do is a long-term investment. I want to collect Bitcoin and Ethereum and maybe Litecoin in the future, as much as possible. I want to collect and immigrate as long as possible so that their prices will drastically in the future. When it has gone up drastically, and the number of crypto I saved is very much, that's when I will see if the money I have been able to use to realize all my dreams or not. If my cash in the form of crypto is enough, I will sell.

If you are a serious trader you need to watch prices a couple of times an hour. Even though you don't have to trade every day you should know about your investment. If you only play with small money you don't have to check it very often.

Depending on your investment you may not have any other option but to check the price several times a day, there are some people in the forum that have invested almost everything they have in several cryptocurrencies so it makes sense they are trying to keep on top of every single movement of the market since every moment of not being informed can be the difference between making money or not.

Yes I’m watched my coins everyday although my investment is little. I think watched the graph is different if you watched the price directly. Maybe because I’m beginner so I’m always watched my coins. Hopefully I can reduce my habbit watched coins everyday. I’m trying to be a holder 

there is nothing wrong if we look at the price of our bitcoin or altcoin everyday. because by looking at it we can know how the current market conditions and also provide a lot of knowledge and experience for new beginners who invest in this crypto field. as long as it does not interfere with your time it does not hurt. because by looking at the market we can avoid losses that we do not want.

Not at all. If you set a plan to hold your altcoin for long-time goal.. You don't need to do that.

You can't help yourself if you are a trader or a holder you want to see on how your investment is growing day by day but now its better to flee from these prices and save it in the future. Bitcoin isn't feeling well today and it will also include you with its downness.

I don't at price everyday. I usually look at the big coin prices, even though I don't own much of them, but for the Altcoin I got I usually ignored them. It get frustrating seeing your portfolio down by 60%. It really sucks.

yeah, especially with today situations which bitcoin and altcoin get down at the same time. but I admitted that from yesterday until now, when I check the price, it makes me hold my breath to see the price get down and I wonder when it is over so I can see the price is starting to rise again. we are in the difficult time now and I don't expect that we are going to down for more.

I look at the price of my coins every day, more than once a day. However, each coin I own i have a plan for. I also plan my investments. I know in advance which coins to buy, how long to hold, what level of profit I want (if it’s a short term hold) so I don’t get carried away with fud or fomo.

that is it is much better to invest in longterm, because trying to check the prices every second and minutes of your time will only cause stress.

Watching the price of your altcoin is good but not totally good if you do everyday. Checking at all times can cause of something bad, instead of watching the price of your altcoin everyday, set a date for watching so that you can't afraid on the possible price. Sometimes the price is bad but most of time  the price are good. It is not good for those who can't handle their emotion. Even though it has advantages it is important  to have time  management , and if you don't want  to bother anymore,  have proper time of watching altcoin price.

I used to watch my coin everyday but with the recent situation where you could see blood left or right  , i stopped. It is just too stressful to look at my wallet and count the loses. I  am now a believer of the saying that you should have a nerve of steel in order to withstand the cryptocurrency's volatility.

I do that when the price is stable but right now everybody is looking at the price because as we all know the price is dropping continuously and people are very anxious when this crash will stop and the price started to increase again, I bet you are also looking at the price now from time to time or every hour.

Nah, watching altcoin from time to time is not good for health, when you are holding an altcoin that dramatically decrease the value after the time you buy, you will just feel a regret. Like now, all coins are dropping, you will have a bad mood if you will look at it everytime so better at least once or twice a week.
