Do I need to sell all alts?

This will not good option to sell all Altcoins and buy Bitcoins. Because when market recover all the crypto currency will recover. So you may sell some altcoins and buy Bitcoin, But keep both Bitcoin and altcoins to get full benefit of market fluctuation.

It depends on what alts do you have. If you have weak alt coins they will go down but if you have good alt coins with high market cap , they can go up with bitcoin.

I would disagree with your statement that good alts go up when bitcoin goes up. Altcoins usually tend to fall if bitcoin falls and also tend to fall if bitcoin rises sharply. Altcoins start to rise and gain a spike in price only when bitcoin remains stable in a particular range of its value. Stable bitcoin = increase in alts.

There are some good alts that do rise with rise in bitcoin, but trust me though it appears so, it has nothing to do with bitcoin rising, its solely cause the total market cap is rising and people are pouring in money.

If you are forced to do this by your need, then most likely you will need to do it really, because it is a necessity, but if you think it is safer to store in anything else, then I do not think that this is a good idea.

Why you want to sell. Don’t sell in haste, just thinking Bitcoin will reach the 20k mark.

I suggest holding as one should have a variety of coins in his/her investment portfolio to gain maximum and compensate the loss of one coin with the gain from any other.

Rest all depends on your personal preferences and needs.

Don't be confused, you should know the answer because that is your coin so you should be aware with the capabilities of the product. Yes it is good to sell your coin while bitcoin is has a lower price, however if your coin is good then it is better to trust and keep this since you might earn more.

Never wise to sell altcoins when the price has already hit rock bottom. You need to sell them during or just at the start of a dump.

This is because altcoins tends to drop at a much higher % due to their lower MCAP.
However once it has reached rock bottom, it becomes the best time to buy into them (selected ones of course -- with proper research). This is since, once the market recovers, it is the Altcoins that will see the most %gain.

The lower the MCAP the more potential %gain but also higher risk.

For the lowest MCAP coins, I'll recommend putting a tiny bit into Nucleus Vision (NCASH) which is only just available on Binance.
But do your own research before making any move.

I think for now its not the right time because you will lost all of your coin or your money. For now the price is going down and now maybe its the right time for us to buy coin if you want to invest because we can buy it with low price so in the future we can sell it with higher price

Yeah  if you think  that  bitcoin would be more profitable than all your coins then go on but once you decide there's no turning back the important things is you  should gain profit in the end because you cannot set aside altcoins which profitable than investing bitcoin. Soo once again when you decide there's no turning back.

More than 90% of the alts are going to die out in the future. Because there is no scope for 2,000+ alts and tokens. At the most, 100 or 200 are going to survive. But the problem is that you don't know which one is going to survive and which one is going to get obsolete.

Sell all alt coins and keep big coins is one option. But I dont think this is a good choice, since big coins dont have a big potential. Altcoins have more potential but they are also risky. Investment is investment, and you have to take charge of it. Simple as this.
