Do I need to sell all alts?

Don't sell your altcoins because when the market goes into a bull market then your altcoins will also go up in prices as bitcoin goes up in prices and you will make profit from those too, just hold them.

Woah this post was on January and today is April, there are 4 months that separate the both months and there are huge of adjustments and happenings in the market right now but I think January is the time where BTC and all altcoins are booming in the market and I think that is a huge dip right now, hopefully bitcoin's value will rise up once again and be stable like it was last January.

No, you should not sell them. Market has way too much to go at the moment, I expect all the altcoins the recover their prices again. If you sell now and prices go 30% up, it will be very hard to buy them again.

maybe for now I still be able to hold it in some future time so for that problem I think it is better not to sell all altcoin that we have enough selling us in our daily life only.

If you are convinced of bitcoin, you can sell all your altcoin and buy into bitcoin. But I think it's too risky to invest in a digital currency, you're better off staying in altcoin, because altcoin can also increase and make a profit.

it seems to me that I do not really agree because I think the altcoi has a high potential in every time so it has to wait in the long run, maybe if I alone I will sell it only the rest I need to bear first.

No one will know when the BTC price will be 20k again. But my suggestion is better you hold first your altc and wait until BTC really rise the price. Do not fear losing.

It all depends on you, If you already have doubts on your altcoin and how well it works for you, it will be better for you to sell it all. But, i think do not do to sell all your altcoins because we never know whether altcoin will go up or down. I suggest you to hold some btc and others potential altcoins. I think, If you hold both then surely you will be beneficial.

An example from life: I had coins in November 2017, waited-waited for the rise and did not wait, transferred to other coins, and that coin took and shot at 20 X! Conclusion - I bit my elbows 
Do not touch your coins, if you have something to live on. Wait until autumn, then there will be a mega-pamp of the whole market.

All altcoins will be rise up again in the right time so its needed yet a long time to happens it. If you already doubt with some of your coins and you've needed it a lot then go sell for it but don't sell the other coins that have potencial to grow because you can benefits with it so for me holding bitcoin/altcoin is the key through a good life.

Selling all of your altcoin right  now is the most stupid thing to do, for me you should just hold your altcoin and wait for the pump, and altcoin has a great future in the market so selling it with a lower price is not a good idea, just buy more altcoin and hold it.

In my own decision, I also will not sell all my altcoin, the exact profit I expect from it too if the time is coming.
I will wait for the right moment for altcoin to reach a certain market value even if it is not the highest market value as long as it can generate me profit

I think there is no need to sell off all the alts as some of the alt might be very potential that can gain more money than bitcoin in the future, who knows.
