Beginners can try to trade on Yobit. There is a simple registration and no need to pass KYC. Withdrawal and Deposit of funds occurs almost instantly. Of the minuses I can call a high Commission and poor technical support.

I recommend only decentralized exchanges with more security and you will be able to save data and your money. There are a lot of scammers so keep in mind that you should be careful with your assets. Use decentralized exchanges and think about hacking of centralized exchanges, problems with security and data storage

I was away from crypto for years and now I'm trying to get back into the game.  I was really STUNNED that there is no exchange, even after many years since bitcoin started, that we can just deposit USD and start exchanging altcoins.  I hope I'm wrong because this would be the single biggest hurdle for altcoins to be widely adopted by general public.  There are just too many hurdles to jump over just to START trading. 

depends on how much you want to put in first, but yes, with stronger regulation on the way, majority of exchanges already tightened their KYC and AML policies to make the life of traders bit harder.

I think the best exchange for new cummer is yobit.I have been very impressvie to use yobit as new cummer.It is very easy to use and many new cummer have facing the account verifiaction problem to any other exchange,so i think fo new cummer this is best exchange.The minimum purchase amount is very low (only 10,000 satoshi).

There is none like that for now but there are a lot of cryptocurrency projects going on which will solve that problem. Hash card is ongoing and when it is finally successful, the cryptocurrency coins holders will be able to withdraw cash using their hash card connected to their cryptocurrency wallets. If that can happen, I'm sure cash deposit wallet for cryptocurrency purchase will also be on its way.

Best exchange for beginners from my perspective is the etherdelta it easy to use.... I'll say efficient percially.

I will not trust ED because there's a lot of shitcoins out there.
Being a trader in order for you to learn, you need to be in a bigger market which you can see good volume so you can exercise your trading
skills and eventually improve it. Why not choose Binance and Bittrex, when I was new, I start with Bittrex.

It is hard to find one where you can deposit usd because they have to apply for license in order to do that and it's not easy to get the license. If you want to deposit usd then you should use coinbase or gemini, buy bitcoin and transfer it to another exchange in order to start trading. I know that I take more steps but it's not that hard to do and only take a little time. You can transfer the bitcoin to binance and start trading alts there.

I started with binance. It's exchange where you have a fairly large volume. The interface is simple and is one of the oldest and most serious. Another advantage would be that withdrawals are instant.

I started and earning with bitpaction even though it was a new exchange but circulation of coins in bitpaction is pretty fantastic for new exchanges and certainly a lot of presents every week every new coin listings. pretty easy to use platform and run fast on my computer

Actually it have so many exchanger can use for the beginner but or else just read some first some tutorial about the exchanger if you this will be your first time use. For me in my first time using exchanger is cryptopia because it was too easy to use on it.

Gate i.o is very simple and having user friendly interface,I suggest itvis best forvthe beginners to make trade practice.There are some pros and cons of every exchange so Gate i.o have limited tokens to trade but too fast responding and its team is also cooperative.
