I think Binance is the best exchange. I want to try yobit too.

Binance has a lot of coins and a easy interface. Its fees are low compared to other exchanges.

It would be Binance, Bittrex and Poloniex. but I wan to know if is it still safe to trade in Etherdelta after what happened to their exchange the last time? Those exchange that I mentioned are really good but it's hard to trust in any exchange now a days.

Accumulate Bitcoin. The bottom is in or near it.

I think the best exchange for beginners is binance. There are many coins to trade on and you can also trade them for Ethereum or bitcoin in the exchange. Binance user's interface is also easy to understand. The best part is there is no minimum deposit so if you already deposited your coins there you can already start trading.

I think hitbtc is an easy-to-use exchanger for beginners, I used it for learning, much easier than bittrex or any other big exchanger

In my opinion, the best cryptocurrency exchange for newbies is Binance. It's very user-friendly and allows you withdraw 2 bitcoins  without verification.

I use different stock exchanges, but I prefer decentralized exchanges, of course they are very few today, but this year they promise a lot of projects that decentralized exchanges will do, so I think that it is necessary to use decentralized exchanges or even services like ShapeShift

Bittrex may be good for you. Because, I was using bittrex more than 3 years ago. Actually now there are many exchanges altcoins, so you have many options to exchange.

I was away from crypto for years and now I'm trying to get back into the game.  I was really STUNNED that there is no exchange, even after many years since bitcoin started, that we can just deposit USD and start exchanging altcoins.  I hope I'm wrong because this would be the single biggest hurdle for altcoins to be widely adopted by general public.  There are just too many hurdles to jump over just to START trading.

I do not see the difference. On any exchange, both novice and professional can trade. Crypto does not forgive mistakes to anyone. The work for all is the same. On the Internet, a lot of information about any exchange. And if you do not be lazy, you'll be fine in everything. It is not difficult. Do not be afraid, but you need to want to learn.

Before choosing the exchange you should first choose which currency you want to buy. According to the currency than see where it easy to sell or buy.
My top: binance and bittrex

The no.1 exchange which is famous amongst everyone currently is Binance. You can also buy Binance Coin(BNB) to reduce the exchange fees by half. Another great option is Kucoin exchange. They also provide their own coin which goes by the name of Kucoin Shares(KCS). You receive a percentage of the exchange earnings as per your share holding amount.

When I was started to get my bounty stake tokens since I joined this forum and participate Signature and other bounty campaigns is the only coin exchange that I am using is Etherdelta because it's the main crypto exchange for ERC20 tokens and most of my bounty rewards are under Ethereum smart contracts.
But this year I began using KuCoin and CoinExchange but for the beginner I really do recommend Etherdelta over the popular Coin exchange in the market today.

It depends on coins/tokens you would like to trade, but for beginner I think Bittrex and Binance are good for beggner now, because  it has a very user friendly interface than other exchanges it's my idea. Although choice is yours, u like there platform or not.

I highly recommend bittrex because it has a dollar and Bitcoin trade. It is also good for beginners because it has a good interface and it doesn't lag compared to other platforms. Binance is also good for beginners because of its low transaction fee.

Has Fiat exchange in any of exchanger is one plus value for the exchange itself.
Fiat exchange can be used for good reference by trader because we can easy to change our coin to fiat when we need.
But bittrex not open for new registration so bittrex not for beginner.

Bittrex is still the best exchange for me because it has a very user-friendly user interface which the newbies can easily understand the things that are on the exchange and they will not have any problem of using it since the instructions and the things that you will be seeing on the exchange is self-explanatory.

Beginner mean that they have no account in any exchanger yet so bittrex is not relevant for them.
Not because its not exchanger but its because nobody can registrate new account in exchanger. All registration is closed.
