They appear to be shipping January units now...Huh  So for the extra money the December batch paid you got about 3 days of extra mining time.

I am the same customer since I have many units on order and I am not happy that one machine that is $14400 showed up 2 days before the machine that cost $6000, at the very least they should be refunding $2000 to make it equal to buying one January and one March unit.

Early January customers and December customers would be smart to consider a refund during this price dip.  Hurry

If they shipped your March order already then, that must be how they made it up for you.  No one else in Feb or March has there orders yet.

There are pre-orders on Cointerra miners all the way to the May batch. If you buy one now, expect to be delivered in June. Think for yourself if it's worth.

"As you may be aware, the TerraMiner IV May batch has now sold out and we are not opening sales for a June batch at this time. Our operations team is focusing all of its efforts on fulfilling existing orders with current customers and now that we have ramped up production we are making good progress, having delivered the first batch and now well into shipping the second. "

everyone from first batch received their miner?

you will get a free unit for your first orders, so I think this should compensate for what is happening... I am happy that they are somehow moving...

The "free unit" (which is in a later patch) just brings the price to $7200/unit. People with December orders still paid $2400 more than January, which is a bit unfortunate.

I am aware of that as well, but that "free unit" will always make up for some of the hassle... I am not sure what else can be done, PETA-MINE operation supposed to start in early January but it didn't (Cointerra and Bitmine hardware ordered) and we are so late, we missed a huge profit here, but we are not the only ones here,  I don't want to think too much about what we've missed because it doesn't change anything now...

and IMHO diff. factor will slow down this year ( after few months) Moree's Law will come into appliance, just thinking about a raising difficulty of 10-50 times this year is a bit extreme, this means 10-50 the hardware out there now has to be deployed. add to that most efficient chips out there are from 110-28nm, the first Gen ASICMINER, avalon and BFL will go offline after few months. at least this is what I think, but we will see how things will develop...

They are both available for download here: http://cointerra.com/user-guide/ .

We appreciate any feedback on the user guide, so feel free to email techsupport@cointerra.com with any suggestions.

Thank you all for your continued support.

ah - you used my arp trick Smiley

try turning it off and on then going to your PC and typing 'arp -a' to list IP addresses your PC has seen - and it might be there.
