There are many ways you can test but you should check out their development team and their community on large forums as this will help you to better consider before investing in an ICO project

The first thing to do which is a solid indicator of whether the ico is good or bad is to see their marketing campaign, ico that are trustworthy usually spend and have a huge advertising budget

look at their white papers and see them carefully, so you will reap the rewards and to check if the team has a bad record, and a good team is the key to success.

The face of ICO of any project is its website, so the evaluation should start with it. As a rule, the site contains information about the project, contact details of its creators and an offer to buy tokens.
It is also very important to study the White book of the project. The white paper should reveal the whole essence of the project, from the General idea to the technical details. It should be accurately and clearly spelled out the objectives, the business plan, the main markets to which the product is aimed, as well as the stages of financing. The objectives of the project should be logical and achievable. A good sign is that the White paper contains a part of the code or a reference to the repository and technical details of the project.
About half of the success of the project is ensured by a well-chosen team, so it is important that the site contains information about its members with detailed background and contact information. Even better, this team, or at least some of its members, have already had successful projects in the field of blockchain.

You can look at the services that were created specifically for such purposes, for example ICO bench or something like that, but always know that they can write indicators that will please them only. Therefore, always think with your own head.

It is difficult to choose a good ICO, because most ICO is Scam. you must carefully examine what is an important part of the project. see the background and community within the project, maybe you can do it before choosing the right ICO for Investment.
Yeah but If you compare few months back and now, number of the promising ICOs have dropped to some extent. In Crypto field or not, when you are going to do an investment, there are lot of things you should do. Take your time, ICOs display messages to urge you to invest, but do not get caught by their traps. There are lot of scammers doing huge campaigns and looks very promising at a glance. You have to take your own risk.

You should always pay closer attention to the whitepapers of ICO projects and I usually suggest to check whether they have a telegram chanel since it can contain very useful information about a project too.

it's easy to see an ico if it's good to join and buy a coin just look at their info or whitepaper or their website in that way you can earn a lot if their ico success is so hard work and check carefully before you buy ico for not having your money

Try to make a little research (the more the better) about the historical data of the project's developers/team. The purpose of the project should be as clear as possible, and the plus points if there are some advisors (on the ICO reviewers platform) who give good reviews on the project.

In choosing a good ICO you need  first to research their project, who are the persons who runs this project, their roadmaps, whitelist and etc. Finding a Good ICOs is quitely difficult. but the return is worth it.

The important thing to look for first and foremost is the authenticity of idea or product  and service that is been pitched for funding.  Are these ideal,  product or services genuine?  Are they saleable in the market.  Second thing is to check the supply of the token and it's tech development.

Myself chose ICO based on its popularity. sometimes if almost all bitcointalks know it and some accounts that look trust also believe I might be in it. more by doing personal research and looking at other proffesional responses

ICO bench is a very good website that can lead you towards the best ICO projects even though you still have to do your own research beforehand to avoid taking too much risk.

I have been trying to  take a look at some valid token with reasonable funding requests, however I could not spot any markedly impressive launch short-term.

It is difficult to choose a prospective ICO on one side only. On the other hand, it is quite realistic to read the documents published on the site and the WP, to see who represents the team and how they answer the questions. Investing has always been difficult to do. I think that you need to constantly monitor and search.

Following some of the ICO reviewers. you can follow as many as possible. Most of them have spread sheets of the address. you can cross check their spreadsheet and narrow down your research. Hope this helps.

this one also true...
besides have a trusted team, high hype and good product,if they spend much money for campaigns that's mean they are serious about their ico.bad ico usually only depend on bounty campaign.they don't wanna spend money for another advertising.

Hi guys, there are so many ICOs, such as those listed in https://www.coinschedule.com. It's pretty hard to review them one by one.

Which elements I need to consider, the team? the product? the promoting technology? or something else?

Thanks for any suggestions Smiley
Actually it is not an easy task to say about which is the good one.No one can tell this. By the way,we can say something mostly that by reading the website and whitepaper. Probably it is helpful. Roadmap is also needed in regarding this. Gradually, technology based ICO is good than others.
