I would have waited. When the market stabilizes while it is not clear, and it is not worth playing against the market. The market is always stronger than an individual player. Nobody knows how the market will behave in the future. Constantly give positive forecasts for the growth of crypto-currencies, but the market is falling deeper and deeper.

The best time to invest in Bitcoin is not later than now because the market value of Bitcoin is very low at the moment there is that believe in me that its value will appreciate significantly in the future.

now it's not too late, but on the contrary the right time for investing if you planned to do it the prices are not as high as they were before so for some it became more affordable

In my own opinion I think it's the right time now to invest in Bitcoin since the crypto market has been shaken very well which also affected bitcoin and almost all of the other crypto currencies out there in the crypto market so it will be a good idea if we will invest in bitcoin right now while its market value is still in its lowest value so you can invest as many as you can.

Bitcoin prices are still down low, it's time to buy and hold first until bitcoin prices rise again.
A golden opportunity for those with a lot of capital to invest. Nothing is too late when bitcoin prices are still down.
