Yes, I also think that some altcoins will strongly strengthen their positions in the market in 2018. I place special hopes on ethereum. The release of new ICOs in 2018 should strengthen the position of ethereum. 

I also hope if the Etherium in 2018 will rise as high as that happened to bitcoin which rose very high at the end of last year
and will be stable at large numbers so that Etherium becomes the best altcoin

some of the alcoins, it is a good year but for some it is also bad. Most of the altcoin now loose about half of its price and many people loose money because of that including me. But I am still hoping that it will rise up once more.

I do agree that 2018 will be the year for altcoins. The value of ethereum is already reaching 1k dollar and it is a good sign that this coin does really have a potential to grow its value. The market today is very profitable since most of the altcoins is growing and working on bounty campaigns today as well is good enough to sustain our daily needs.

Most likely yes like that. it's just that altcoin always have unexpected properties, they always experience very fast rise 'but' have a very rapid decline as well, and this is very different from bitcoin.

But I think not all crypto will experience improvement, will be some altcoin that will be destroyed and become garbage.
Currently, I've only seen some of crypto that I think potentially experience a change to a more positive, other than Ripple is NEO, Ethereum, Nxt, Electroneum, DigiByte, and Bytecoin.

Really a very good year for ALTCOIN, even with the fact that the south korean, China and other banning transactions with cryptocurrency while the look into the possible ways of regulating the currency, it still look very promising, the good thing about it is that these countries are not against the currency but only looking for ways to regulate it.

alot of altcoins pump like ethereum and it happened this 2018. the top 10 coins is changing day by day every one of them reaching its highest marketcap. i still hope it will continue to rise. cause right now some altcoins and bitcoin has gotten low.

although this year is a good year for altcoin, we still need to be careful to buy the altcoin and we don't have to buy at the high price because after this, I am sure that bitcoin will increase back and will reach the highest price. so if you still have many altcoins, I think you can prepare to sell the coins so you can make a big profit but don't be too greedy and expecting the bigger profit if the price could not reach so you don't have to disappointed because you cannot sell for the price you want.

I would love to 2018 was a year of growth for the cryptocurrency as a whole! Although we can not say that 2017 was the year without growth, as in 2017 a lot of people come in this direction because it has been a stupendous growth of some of the coins including bitcoin.I think what 2018 will be a year of new developments on the blockchain, I'm not talking about the coins(money), namely the new development which will benefit society!

even as of this month we cant even see that it may have the great potential on some altcoin that this is their great year of but we just have to wait until it may have some recover for that altcoin , altcoin are good in some project there is some that we may ever say that and may have some proof that it can be.

2017 was a good year for altcoins, most of which outperformed bitcoin.
Bitcoin dominance decreased a lot in 2017.
I am not sure if it will continue to be this way.
