The second placer right now is Ethereum. Ripple pumped hard for a while, even surpassing Ethereum's market cap. But it was temporary and Ethereum quickly got the second rank back. Ripple has so huge supply. It cannot easily grow big in value although I really admire its technology. It has been trusted by so many institutions. As far as growth is concerned, I hope this year is good to crypto. So far, it has not proven that it is. The year started with red. And for the first couple of months of the year, I can generalize that it is not at all good for crypto. I hope the remaining months will be better.
