One can never be sure of having a 100% trust on a project especially with ICOs because of the scams and bad agendas aroud this field. One can never say that a project is legit and is real until they see a development and the team is really dedicated to this project. For example Polaris, we cannot say that it has 100% chance of succeeding but as investors and suppoters, we have FAITH that it will be. The community around the project is important too for it to succeed.

One factor for an exhanger is that there will be a huge amount of volume in 24 hours period so that CMC will automatically list the token to their list.
