I'm believing the website over the comment about DDR4L, since the integrated Celeron 3855U supports: DDR4-1866/2133, LPDDR3-1600/1866, DDR3L-1333/1600. Of course both CPU and memory can be inaccurate on the website
We will likely get confirmation soon. Also someone with a sharp eye can take a look at the pics and figure it out

I would like to know the dimensions, length in particular, to see if we could retrofit our cases that we already have to fit this motherboard.  If these get good reviews I bet Spotswood will design a frame for them, but I think the frames that we already have from him might work with some tinkering.

For those of you familiar with boinc and its projects, it is recommended that each gpu for nvidia get's one thread.  That is to keep the gpu "fed" so to speak (amd does not need this).  Are there similar requirements for mining?  I ask because this is just a 2c/2t cpu on this.

Most people use celerons for mining rigs, they work fine.

They told me they will be posted soon in the website. I assume the position of the mounting holes will also be relevant Unless they post a drawing (or conform to some standard i.e. EATX) we may need to wait until we actually get one.

I've always used retail motherboards. This will be interesting A small manufacturer can't possibly test all the combinations of hardware and software that can be thrown at a motherboard. And also consumer base won't be big enough to rely on "I'm sure someone else already hit this"

DDR4 Laptop memory confirmed (DDR4 SODIMM, a.k.a. DDR4L). I'll buy 8Gb since that is what I usually use for my builds, most people use just 4Gb but I like to give my Windows enough room to be comfortable

Interesting - looks like a combination of the older Onda D1800 and the latest D8P.  The fact that they eliminated the ATX power supply is great for those of us who like server PSU's and breakouts.  Not as keen on how they placed the PCIe connectors to power the board across it's length, but I imagine they did that to reduce the amount of copper they'd need to use to carry the power.   They've also raised the price since I checked it out earlier today - was $179, now is $199... Either way it's still a good deal IMO so I picked one up to check out.  Shipping is also a bit hefty, and DHL, so I'm assuming they're shipping from non-US.

Personally I really like the D1800, so I suspect this will be equally good - my only complaint about both boards is that they have a VGA instead of HDMI connector (like the D8P), and using laptop memory, but beyond that it definitely looks like a buy.

Good news everybody! We were supposed to get the next batch of boards ready in March due to the shortage of Intel Mobile 3855U CPU's, those are the CPU's that are integrated to the board. We managed to secure a batch of CPUs early and currently the next new batch of boards will be ready for shipping at the end of January! The boards are already produced, the CPU's need to be added and they are ready for shipping. The new batch will be ready to ship at the end of January or in the first week of February. All people who missed out our first batch in January and made a pre-order for the March shipment will get their boards early, we will send the March pre-order boards from this shipment, in a week or two, as soon as the CPU has been soldered on and all QC procedures finished.   

We updated the status on the website and we are currently accepting orders for the coming batch!

You can use both server PSU or ATX. The board itself does not have an ATX 24 pin connector, it is powered by 2X regular 6 PIN connectors, the same kind that you power your GPU and all the mining PSUs use. The motherboard automatically start once power is connected. So you can start it just by switching the PSU on. You can change those settings from the BIOS if you want and you can connect a regular computer power switch to it. Both ways OK.

Yes, that RAM will work, it is DDR4 SO DIMM actually.
We will update the website next week and add RAM, SSD'd, PSU'S, Cables, IP PDU's, Risers , High power Delta fans and more mining accessories. At better prices than newegg

Works fine with linux. I am using it with HIVE OS off a 16GB USB3 memory stick. Works like a charm
