Hold or sell ?

Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? I have already lost a good margin of profit with the ripple I don't want to make the same mistake with the Lumens which I Hold so should I hold on or sell out ?

I am sorry to here your loss. But do not sell what you have now as you can see the price is falling down to earth. What you can do better is to buy more altcoins if possible or if you still wish to invest in any of the top coins. This is not the correct time to sell your coins. For damn sure the value is going to be rocket speed increasing few days. This sudden drop might be due to a shutdown of any mining pool or a big exchange or trader stopped their business? No ideas. Lets wait for the news. Hold the coins.

I am a big fan of HODLing, so I'd recommend that, this type of moments just temporary, in time you will find it out.

HODL!! don't sell at this point now. It will pick back up as it always does in the crypto market. After a huge slaughter on the markets like today it might take a little longer to bounce back up but it will you just need to be patient. cryptocurrency market is very volatile and drops like these are not that uncommon just like the massive rise it has.

i am a newbie . i did invest 1400 euro in altcoins in december. you are not the only one who lost some profit . just be calm en wait for the bulls comming  - HODL

If the price of the coin fell not so much, then I would sell, and then after the fall I would buy at a lower price. And if the price drop is already substantial, then it is already waiting for the price to be again grown even then to sell. I think that altcoins in the spring will grow very well in price.

Just wait for a few day before you sell you alt. The best move right now is to monitor the price gap depreciation before you decide to sell your alt. If you see the value of your alt is continuously decreasing i think it's time to decide but think of it before you do sell and calculate first if your profit and investment not loss. If you think you continuously losing your profit and capital i think its time you to decide if have no chance to increase the value of your alt. But if you feel that have a chance to increase again the value of your alt, why you don't try to hold your alt to gain profit simultaneously.

I think it depends on what you're holding because I don't think the pump and dump coins will make it out of this alive.

Usually when altcoins are falling I just don't go to the exchange, to not worry about it). But in sub-zero position to merge altcoins is not worth it. If these coins work, they will grow. And again you will get your profit

For me i suggest HOLD it just be patient sometimes its a tricky way you should believe on your holding coin if it has nice background,sometimes you feel regret if you invest so much money in there but if you are in that situation keep your mind set that it will pump sooner or later.

I think you should keep your coins, because surely someday the altcoin price will increase, and this will benefit you, so be patient and hope for the price increase of the coin. But that's just my suggestion, so i apologize if make a mistake.
