Unfocus and I are still working the various projects.
The KED relaunch is mostly done. I have run into a bit of a snag with POS testing. In theory POS should work fine, however I will not release until I can be sure of it and testing is a bit elusive at the moment.
If worse comes to worse, I can convert the current UFC client/daemon into the new KED. However that would be the absolute last option I want to take.
The exchange unfocus is working on, needed much work to be a finished product when it was given to us to finish.
I now have more time for the SciFi project as I have recently dropped my Goldcoin pool and Cubits pool. The new Cubit coin required some modification to the pool back end. Another Cubits pool has been put up and appears to be working fine, so for the time being, my pool is not needed.
This brings me down to two major projects: CCE/CCE3 and the Scifi project along with my two remaining pools. Updates and finished projects should start coming at a faster pace.

btw, now is a good time to introduce these coins to any exchange
I totally agree! In fact I think yesterday would have been better. Anyway, finished implementing the chat on the exchange yesterday. Next major area to work on will be stats and charts.

Sure, Scooby! Right now it's you and Mogrith. Will probably need a few more. Happy Thanksgivings, guys! Just a little thought of what UFC is worth from the last 24 hours in btcltc: https://btcltc.com/home/index/ufc_cny?l=en-us1 UFC = 0.195 CNY. 1 BTC = 7000 CNY. So: 1 BTC = 7000/0.195 = 35900 UFC (all rounded) so roughly 36000 UFC = $950 right now. and similarly 1 UFC = 0.0000278 BTC. For comparison: GLD is 0.00004 BTC @ Cryptsy NVC is 0.025 BTC @ Cryptsy So UFC is definitely still profitable coin to mine, esp with the current low difficulty level! Let's get these coins to be further widely accepted. We can certainly do that!

I'm sure once you are up and running they will come. If I had $300 worth of btc to spend on mining right now, what would be my best investment for hardware? And with proper leadership and software development these coins could certainly soar.

It's Black Friday now, this is the cheapest offer I've seen today: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8209130&csid=_61I think the XFX Black DD above is voltage-locked, so it's not the most energy efficient, but it should give you great hash-rate, at the current difficulty level, it's about 1000 UFC a day. Hopefully you already have a desktop where you install it, otherwise you should be able to get cost effective barebone between today and Cyber Monday.

I will be doing a bit of server shuffling and software updating on both the UFC and GPL pools over the weekend.
Both pools are in need of updates and hopefully these updates will solve some of the ongoing issues especially with the UFC pool.
Work on the KED Relaunch is ongoing.

I also wanted to note that scifi has not been active on this forum since Nov 10 and neither unfocus or I have heard from him in weeks. We need a new official thread, so people do not get mixed up with the information in the OP. I will start a new thread later today, unless unfocus beats me to it. Top of new page. Please see the information in the previous page: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=280114.msg3765777#msg3765777
